I like the red more cause the gold can start looking like urine very quickly.

Also I had to include a sketch of the boys looking worried

Crimson looks awesome here!!

edgy_Simon

Woah, is that a slice across his eye?? Like how Odys blinded his son???

AssortedGeekery

I think both look good, but since the ichor is obviously glowing it's a lot harder to confuse for anything else.

carriejack03

I think blood is better! They are stunning pics

Larissa Raduam

I think both are amazing - I really like when gods bleed gold - and I love you make the bothers worry about him

Grimmjowcutie

I feel like both looks amazing the blood makes him look human and breakable. The ichor makes him look almost like a holy painting. It's hard to choose

Eldritch NPJ

Ooooo gold blood, and the looks of the brothers!! So wholesome... ... I wanna hug Poseidon. Kiss his boobook T.T

whiskeyii

Hmm, kinda mixed on seeing Poseidon bleed normal blood? Sorta feels like that time in the Hercules movie where Hades and Herc make a deal and his colors go kinda desaturated—like he’s just a guy now. He def feels less divine imo if that’s the vibe you’re going for

CryptidCommander

What if the first wound spills the gold and then when he realizes oh sht he can be hurt then the regular blood starts. Like uncorking a wine

Matthew Parker

I really like the gold it's beautiful!

LimitlesSix

:If you're going to go with the gold, maybe give it some kind of glowy effect (I notice you kinda did that, but emphasize it more)? Make it look like little beams of light that begin bleeding out of his body which can emphasize his divinity. (If you're thinking of being extra spicy): Poseidon's body could be as unstable as a wave/water while wounded, so it could look like little glowing water whirls in the open wounds. Either way, looks sweet!! Cannot wait!!!!!! Edit: I did not realize this was posted 10 days ago 😭 can't wait to see the final thing!

Klover

You could do the red with sparkles of gold, like it’s glittering gold red blood. I’m pretty sure that’s what Jay said about keeping it fantasy but also related to the actual canon of the mythology on the gods

Von

I'm really love the gold since he is a God. Maybe have red be mixed in there. Like an under tone if that makes sense.

KAZIFER

i cant cope why did you do that </3

Noods owo

He needs some milk!

Milo Bee

I hope we get some of the Zeus+Hades comforting Poseidon after 600 Strike. The swiss cheese horse is going to need a hug.
