Maddison is pure in that she doesn't feel shame for things that are natural parts of life.  There aren't any ways I know to call someone simple that don't sound like an insult, but it truly is a gift to be simple and happy.

Simplicity isn't always stupid. A child is simple, but by no means stupid. Maddison has a simplistic outlook on life, and is... reasonably innocent. Yeah, her personality might let her hang her tits out, but that is only bad if one attaches negative connotations to natural beauty. That is just an unnecessary complication.
