1-Click INSTALL ToonCrafter WEBUI! (Patreon)

Hey everyone! I've created a 1-click installer for the ToonCrafter WEBUI, the newest Animation Tool that allows you to animate between two frames automatically as well as colorize an entire sequence with only two frames of reference! This tool will change the Anime/Animation industry!

The installer of course automates the entire install process for the WEBUI!

Here's how it works:TOONCRAFTER REQUIRES AT LEAST 14GB of VRAM TO RUN QUICKLY, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A POWERFUL GPU YOU CAN USE RUNPOD AND USE THE RUNPOD 1-CLICK INSTALLER INSTEAD

LOCAL INSTALL:

1. Download the TOONCRAFTER_AUTO_INSTALL.bat and the launcher (LAUNCHER - TOONCRAFTER.bat) 2. Create a new folder on your computer and place the installer inside

3. Launch the installer

5. Profit  😎DO not forget to put the launcher (LAUNCHER - TOONCRAFTER.bat) INSIDE the ToonCrafter folder and double click on it each time you want to launch ToonCrafter!😉IF YOU ARE USING RUNPOD:1. Create an account if you haven't already: Runpod2. Click on Pod (on the left side) then click deploy3. Choose a GPU with at least 24gb of VRAM (a cheap 3090 is great), choose the Pytorch 2.1 template, then deploy on demand4. Go to my pods, wait for everything to finish and then click "connect", then "Connect to Jupyter Lab"5. Drag and drop the TOONCRAFTER_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh on the left side of the UI then click on the "Terminal" icon on the right side on the UI6. Copy and paste these two lines then press enter:chmod +x TOONCRAFTER_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh

./TOONCRAFTER_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh

7. Wait for everything to be installed8. Click on the public URL to start Using ToonCrafter 😉!

Getting an error that the package tooncrafter_auto_install.bat is invalid or corrupt. I redownloaded it, same error.

I have exactly 24GB of VRAM. Which should I use?

I manually updated python, then re-ran the installer, it still popped an invalid or corrupt box, but the install carried on and completed.

Thanks. I'll try installing it. I assume it will work with Loras too. The top left says 320x512 so I assume it's only 512 wide by 320 pixels. The video also showed a model as a .ckpt file - I don't know why they didn't make it a safetensors file for safety. It looks good. Someone recently posted about EasyAnimate - which can do live action style videos from prompts and is open source (eg. EasyAnimateV2-XL-2-768x768). Though it's not perfect. But maybe a video about that with an easy installer for it could be made for easy creation of live action vids too if it works okay.

I need to start saying it in my videos but yeah triton error is normal since it's not available on windows, it doesn't impact the install at all so no worries

I get this error. import distutils.core ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils' Then everything turns red, it downloads some stuff, then closes, and the launcher opens the terminal and then closes instantly. I have tried updating pip, and installing distutils, as well as setuptools. python version 3.12.3 Any help would be appreciated.

You need the python 3.10.11. First, you need to uninstall your current python installation and reinstall it correctly. Go to the add and remove programs, search for python and uninstall both the current python version and the python install program. Once this is done, go here and download this installer: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.11/python-3.10.11-amd64.exe Run it and check the “Add python 3.10 to Path” checkbox and continue with the installation. You can check that the right python version is installed by opening a new command prompt window and typing: python --version and it should give you the 3.10.11 version Then just relaunch the 1-click installer in a new folder and try again.

(ive dont much research and havent found a solution) If yall could help me with this major problem that would be incredible. comfyui is just a UI that you use to run nodes, so it depends on what video nodes you are talking about

if you are relaunching a new pod from scratch yes. If you have already did the install, you can just go inside the tooncrafter folder, click on terminal and type: python gradio_app.py then press enter

hi, sorry didn't receive any notification for your last message. This error can be cause by a bunch of stuff really...so finding the right solution can be quite difficult... So first, Have you tried upgrading torch? Open a command prompt window and type this: pip install --upgrade torch Secondly, this error can also be a firewall/antivirus blocking the connection, not correctly downloading a file making it corrupt thus giving you this error. And you could also have an issue on the OS itself, some corrupted files or so. Open a cmd window as admin and type this: sfc /scannow and see what it gives you

So, ive upgraded my torch to the latest but then the code got errors saying it was installing torchaudio and a bunch others correctly so i upgraded pip and that seemed to fix that i think. Then, i deleted my old files of the project and go a fresh installer and ran it, resulting in the same error. I also tried to run "sfc/scannow" as CMD admin and it didnt finish the check. If it is the firewall corrupting the files while downloading, how do i turn of fire wall then? (Thank you for patience with me btw)

There's a generation method called "Sparse-sketch-guided generation" on their release page. Is it not available to the public?

I ma getting an error that "a matching Triton is not available" (windows) and found that it took 560 seconds to do the walking man example. My gpu usage is at 100% throughout and gpu temps don't exceed 60C.

triton error is normal, it's not available on windows, have you tried to install the fp16 one and see if there is a difference?

Even using the sample images provided. Do I need to buy a greater GPU? I'm using the 3090.

How do I fix this?

Yeah, Python seems to be a problem when using anything above version 310

weird you have this error with 24gb of vram but just try to install the smaller version then, it will be fine

Thank you. Yeah, I'm becoming that problem child. lol. I had just got ChatGPT to give me this replacement for the curl (whatever that means) powershell -Command "Invoke-WebRequest -Uri 'https://huggingface.co/Doubiiu/ToonCrafter/resolve/main/model.ckpt?download=true' -OutFile 'model.ckpt'" right before I got your message and it seems to be downloading everything, now. I'll download this file, just in case something goes wrong. I guess this is going to be an issue with every one click I download but I'll get the hang of it. Definitely going to continue my subscription, here. I appreciate you very much. Thanks.

It actually not a big change i can easily make that change for future installers, might help pther people as well. However do try it out let me know if that works better so that i know that this is indeed a possible solution

i tried this out today and there seems to be some issues with the runpod install that did not exist 6 months ago it sees image as none or something and after starting it never generates a video

I wish I could help you but I'm replying because the run pod method didn't work for me either. Hope you can find a way soon or he replies to us. When I try, I get a "No such file or directory.
