Hey everyone! I've just uploaded a video about the amazing SillyTavern UI 2025 Update, a powerful local text-generation UI for character chat, creative writing, storytelling, and interactive fiction. AND with my new workflow, you'll be able to generate transparent gif/webp animations with different character expressions!

You can check out the video right here: https://youtu.be/DyGxWzuZUYc

I also created a 1-click installer for the Sillytavern Webui + Comfyui for my Patreon supporters, that you can find right here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/144387790

Here the link to the manual install guide: https://pastebin.com/SLsX6TvT

Down below you will also find the WAN2_2-IMG2VID_TRANSPARENT_WORKFLOW.json + file renamer for free for you to use!

As always, supporting me on Patreon allows me to keep creating helpful resources like this for the community. Thank you for your support - now go have some fun😉!PS: I didn't want to make ANOTHER post about my health so I just made a quick update on this already existing post, if you are interested, thank you: https://www.patreon.com/posts/quick-update-on-139346650

I am having issues with the character floating up in the video. All default prompts and settings. Any1 else seeing the same?

Idea: The image to image wan module you made can have the same starting and ending image which creates a perfect loop. If you could incorporate that module you already made into this workflow that would create some even better animations! If you haven't tried that method on the old workflow definitely try it!

Thanks a lot for the guides. Really helpful. @zapatronix idea to loop the the character emotion animation, would be perfect addition!

Figured it out, that was easy. I just replaced the wan processor with the image to image version.

Thank you for the great work, normally everything works perfect when i try it! But this time, for me the clip of the power lora loader (rgthree) from the low noise model is not connected to anything, it gives no results because, i think, of it. It is circled in red when i let it run. when the green reaches the image, the process stops. Can someone tell me where it should go? or if the problem is somewhere else? Sorry to bother.

Could you help me? How do I do that?

This worked for me months ago but since (probably since updates to comfyui and adding your later custom nodes), the nodes in the workflow give conflicts (eg. ComfyUI-VideoHelperSuite says "40 nodes, 40 conflicts"), and generating a video fails at the end. It seems to fail when it's either trying to remove the background at the end of save the video. An error line says: "comfyui-videohelpersuite\videohelpersuite\nodes. py", line 382, in combine_video Image. fromarray(tensor_to_bytes(first_image)).save( ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^ file_path, ^^^^^^^^^^ pnginfo=metadata, ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ compress_level=4," So I tried deleting custom nodes and re-installing the ones from the workflow but that still shows conflicts and still gives an error at the end of generating the video. Can it be made to work again please? Also I agree with zapatronix - if it's going to loop it would be good if the workflow had an option to go to a last frame (like first+last frame to video or first+middle+last frame to video), that way the character wouldn't be doing the motions backwards (to go back to the start frame) after doing the normal motion.
