Hey everyone! I've created a 1-click installer for the new IMAGE TO VIDEO WITH SOUND KING, called “LTX-2”. It’s an absolutely insane open source model that can generates videos with sound from either a simple text prompt, an image or even a sound file and can run on LESS THAN 8GB OF VRAM! This is one of the most fun model I have ever tried!

You can check out the video right here: https://youtu.be/KKdEgpA3rjw

The workflow: https://www.patreon.com/posts/148469815

The installer of course automates the entire install process for comfyUI and the models downloads!

LOCAL INSTALL!!! RECOMMENDED TO START FROM SCRATCH

Download the LTX-2-ULTRA-COMFYUI-MANAGER_AUTO_INSTALL.bat

Run the bat file

Wait for the install to finish

The webui will launch, load the LTX-2_ULTRA_WORKFLOW.json file and there you go😎

DON'T FORGET TO GO UPDATE COMFYUI BY GOING INSIDE THE UPDATE FOLDER AND RUNNING THE COMFYUI UPDATE BAT FILE THEN CHOOSING THE CORRECT LAUNCHER FOR YOUR GPU!!

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE COMFYUI INSTALLED USING A PREVIOUS INSTALLER:

Download the LTX-2-MODELS-NODES_INSTALL.bat and place it in the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI folder

Run the bat file

Wait for the install to finish

???

Profit 😎

IF YOU GET AN ERROR WHEN LAUNCHING COMFYUI AFTER USING THIS INSTALLER SAYING "AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled" it's ok don't panic.

Just go inside the python embedded folder, click on the folder path, type cmd press enter, this will bring the command prompt window and there type:

python.exe -m pip uninstall torch

python.exe -s -m pip install --upgrade torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128

--->replace cu128 by your cuda version (if you don't know your cuda version just open a new cmd window and type nvcc --version it will then tell you at the end Cuda compilation tools, release 12.8, V12.8.93 or something different like 12.6, in that case just use cu126 instead of cu128)IF YOU ARE USING RUNPOD:

Create an account if you haven't already: Runpod

Click on Pod (on the left side) then click deploy

Choose a GPU with at least 24gb of VRAM (4090 is best), click here for the comfyui template (aitrepreneur/comfyui), then edit the template and choose 100gb for both the container and volume disk, then deploy on demand

Go to my pods, wait for everything to finish and then click "connect", then "Connect to HTTP SERVICE port 3000" and click on the manager to update comfyui and restart it

Then go to the port 8888, go inside the comfyui folder and then drag and drop the LTX-2-AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh file on the left side of the UI then click on the "Terminal" icon on the right side on the UI

Copy and paste these two lines then press enter:

chmod +x LTX-2-AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh

./LTX-2-AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh

Wait for everything to be installed

Go back to the port 3000 and click on the manager and restart it

Load the LTX-2_ULTRA_WORKFLOW.json file and there you go😎

Also use the command:

tail -f comfyui.log

inside the workspace/logs to get the real time logs so that you always know when the install is done. It will then ask you to restart, so click on that restart button, wait for the webui to reboot, click refresh once it's done and there you go.IF YOU GET OOM error :Click on the little 3 dots button, arguments variables then enter

EXTRA_ARGS --reserve-vram 10 --cache-nonethen restart the pod

As always, supporting me on Patreon allows me to keep creating helpful resources like this for the community. Thank you for your support - now go have some fun😉!

Hi! Thx for your effort mate. I have an issue. After using the "LTX-2-MODELS-NODES_INSTALL.bat" my "run_nvidia_gpu-LTX2-16GB+.bat" file came out empty. Other two has instructions init. How can we fix this?

Tiago Fernandes

Nice, that's nice. I'll test it tonight. On a side note: it would be nice if you could fix a few of your past workflows, because many of them stopped working and they may prove useful yet, if not broken, especially for people with low vram and especially the "Ultimate" Workflow which was very complete and worked very nice on a 12GB Vram. The Z-Image turbo is great and it's working great, and both of the Wan 2.2 are working good as well, but for a professional use it is good to have the most possible options to control the results and the workflow.

uniqornate

After attempting to run my default "run_nvidia_gpu.bat" i get an error says " Unexpected text model architecture type in GGUF file: 'gemma3'"

Aitrepreneur

Which workflow specifically? The ultimate flux one is super outdated since it's 2 years old and most workflows inside have a better more powerful alternative already

GlobalGrooveWORLD

run_nvidia_gpu-LTX2-16GB+.bat" file came out empty!!!! Write the parameters here!!!

comfyui is failing to update after i install using auto installer

llee8820

Can you please update the 1 click installer for Z-image? I’m not the only one with the following error. ✓ Starting... [UI] ⚠ `devIndicators.buildActivity` is deprecated and no longer configurable. Please remove it from next.config.ts. [UI] ✓ Ready in 681ms [UI] (node:75168) Warning: `--localstorage-file` was provided without a valid path [UI] (Use `node --trace-warnings ...` to show where the warning was created)

wan animate 2.2 would be nice bro 👌

Aitrepreneur

What's the issue with that workflow? It should still work fine

MathExpression|pysssss Compex types (LATENT/IMAGE) need to reference their width/height, e.g. a.width - getting this when trying to run image to video

Aitrepreneur

don't forget to update comfyui and update the nodes with the manager, the node is just out of date

Alpha Ghost 47

Prompt execution failed Prompt outputs failed validation: Required input is missing: images VHS_VideoCombine: - Required input is missing: images This is error appearing when I run Image to Video

LW

Hey K, I'm using your one-click installer now. I hope all goes well, but you know where this is going to lead.... I had a look on Civitai for LTX-2 loras..... Yeah, I know it's early days and it will get better, but ..... Here it comes.... Can you make a one-step installer (or at least a video) for making Loras locally? Keep up the great work ;)

guildofkings

Do you have any other tips for forcing lip sync? Even with a detailed prompt I just get it as a voice over in the final result instead of it actually being said by the character.

Gabriel Hautclocq

I have the same error and updating the nodes does not solve it.

kaczorefx

Can someone post the "run_nvidia_gpu-LTX2-16GB+.bat" file? It keeps creating it with "No Entry Found" text inside and doesn't work. Two other files are created correctly :o

kaczorefx

Ok, got it. should be " .\python_embeded\python.exe -s ComfyUI\main.py --windows-standalone-build --cache-none --reserve-vram 7 echo If you see this and ComfyUI did not start try updating your Nvidia Drivers to the latest. If you get a c10.dll error you need to install vc redist that you can find: https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x64.exe pause "

kaczorefx

Overlord - the link to the 16gb launcher bat is invalid in the installer

Mark P

interesting it works fine if i move to 8gb (q5) or less downloader but 12 plus (q6) i end up with the same issue.

Loner

When I generate a 5 second video, I get 3 files in the output folder: A video without sounds, a picture, and a video with the added sound. The problem is that both videos it generated are almost 7 minutes long. Its just the same 5 seconds looped, but still this takes a lot of storage and its a bit annoying. Got any ideas what to do?

LW

Getting error: UnetLoaderGGUF cannot reshape array of size 181661 into shape (2048,2176) Checked file ltx-2-19b-dev-Q8_0.gguf in unet folder and its only about 8.5Gb. At Huggingface, that file shows as 20.5Gb, so downloading manually. Will let you know....

Aitrepreneur

you gotta give me more info here, or a screenshots of all the parameters

Gabriel Hautclocq

It must be broken for 12 GB then. I haven't tried the others

Aitrepreneur

You can use the Ai-toolkit, it's already updated to make LTX-2 loras, not sure if I'll make a video about it since I've already made a similar video for wan, the principle must be fairly similar

Aitrepreneur

Try higher res and this is the prompt I used for example for the 50s waitress: Cinematic 1950s diner vibe matching the reference image, medium shot on the blonde waitress with curled hair and a red polka-dot headband, red lipstick, blue apron over a white blouse, holding a silver tray with three tall milkshakes topped with whipped cream and striped straws, neon glow and soft bokeh in the background. The shot opens with the camera already moving in a gentle handheld tracking move from left to right as she steps into frame like she’s rushing to deliver the shakes, her tray held steady but with a tiny natural wobble as the whipped cream and straws jiggle. She pivots her shoulders toward the camera, flashes a big grin, and does a playful half-spin to show off the tray, then the camera quickly pushes in closer to her face for emphasis while she lifts the tray up near the lens like a proud reveal. She leans forward with wide excited eyes, eyebrows raised, and says clearly and loudly: “My god, Kay! I can talk! I can finally talk!” As she talks, she punctuates the line by pointing with her free hand toward the shakes, then toward the viewer, laughing right after and bouncing once on her heels. The camera dips down for a fast close-up pass of the milkshakes, catching the glossy glass reflections and whipped cream peaks, then tilts back up to her smiling face as she finishes with a confident nod and a cheeky wink. Background audio includes lively diner ambience with footsteps, faint chatter, a quick clink as the tray settles, and upbeat jukebox music under her voice.

Aitrepreneur

I already fixed the installer and the filename, it should work now

José Masis Valverde

It woking well on 3070 640x480, but when i choose video length, i wan just do 6 or 7 seconds.

Aitrepreneur

the 3 files are normal but the 7 minutes videos are not...I never saw that ..

Aitrepreneur

yeah that means the download wasn't done correctly and the file is corrupted, maybe the connection got cut off during dl, it happens

LW

Yes, that seems to have solved that problem. Hmmm, seems to happen more frequently, that large file downloads fail. I'm assuming that the installer downloads from Huggingface repository. Maybe Huggingface is just too busy these days!?

Alpha Ghost 47

I managed to get it thanks and thanks for all your videos

joe blogger

Hi I'm getting a error when it gets to DualCLIPLoaderGGUF "Error while deserializing header: incomplete metadata, file not fully covered" I'm using Gemma-3-12b-it-IQ4_XS.gguf and ITX-2-19b-embeddings_connector_dev_bf16.safetensors

Midnight

8 Seconds takes about 20 minutes at 1080P 24FPS. on a RTX 4080? Not great. But it is what it is. Okay after a reboot and nothing else running it reduced gen time down to 13 minutes at least for this attempt.

Anthony Harris

Have installed the nodes, updated ComfyUI and also fixed missing nodes from the manager, but when I run it I get the following error: " Unexpected text model architecture type in GGUF file: 'gemma3'" Thanks for your work on these

newtoai

same here. Did you find a solution for it? I have a 5090 card

Anthony Harris

Yes I went into manager in ComfyUI and I went to update all and it updated everything and when it restarted and reloaded the workflow the error was gone. So give that a try, worked for me

Andrius

its possible to make continue video like on wan2gp? Then can make basically infinity long...

zodrix

replace text inside by : .\python_embeded\python.exe -s ComfyUI\main.py --windows-standalone-build --cache-none --reserve-vram 7 echo If you see this and ComfyUI did not start try updating your Nvidia Drivers to the latest. If you get a c10.dll error you need to install vc redist that you can find: https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x64.exe pause

wwawwdwdsdf

I had the same issue. Just look up that model online and download it. Replace it in the VAE folder. Most likely the file got corrupted or interrupted whiled downloading.

Eyes_Wide_Shut

I knew you would come through 🙏👏

theworldofanatnom

so has anyone found a solution to generation time increase on the dev model or do i have to go back to the distilled model?

David Swoboda

I just ran the AUTO_INSTALL.bat in a folder on my AI HD. It appears that the installation occurred in C:\Windows\System32\ComfyUI_windows_portable\comfyUI... IS THIS NORMAL? I expected it to install in the directory I ran the batch file from. I don't like the idea of installing to System32 folder. Can I move this install? How do I delete it completely from this location and get it in my desired location?

joe blogger

That finally worked for me, thanks.

Theta Graphics

Make sure you're not running the bat as an administrator. For some reason they install into system32 whenever you do. (When run normally, they install where the bat file is located.)

Theta Graphics

Hmm, this one does seem rather stubborn about system32 now that I'm running it. Though It seems to work properly if you run the bat file by dropping it on a cmd window that was opened in the folder you're installing in...

David Swoboda

Can I just delete the directory in System32 to get rid of the old install? Or does it place files in other places also? Thank You.

Lone Striker

I have the same issue. I suspect it has to do with the option of using an audio clip. When I disable, it still complains about the missing .wav file you have in your workflow.

Lance Crossfire

Awesome workflow, as always! I really appreciate the effort you put into the setup (instructions, setup scripts) that always guarantee that you're up and running "out of the box", and not hunting around trying to find nodes to install. Is there any chance this can be made to work with the "frame-to-frame" video generation, like you had in the WAN2.2 ULTRA WORKFLOW, or is this model just a fundamentally different beast?

Kayji

Actually, I have a problem. The KSamplerSelect does not have the res_2s sampler. I tried updating every thing and I stille have the problem. Anyone else encoutered this ?

Axel Foley

hi, i have tha same error in KSamplerSelect, how we can fix?

GiantessOdyssey

Getting gguf magic invalid- already re-downloaded 5 times, already updated comfy and nodes, don't know to do any more

Loner

I think I found the issue for me. Seems like the loop count was set to 82 for some reason. 82*5 = 410 seconds, so would explain why the video was almost 7 minutes. Did one with loop count 0 and no issues.

Norven Ark

Click the Manager button in the main menu. Select the "Custom Nodes Manager" button. Enter RES4LYF in the search bar. Install.

Louis Martinez

Installing RES4LYF custom node fixed that for me

Dirk

Hi! Had the same issue with Q6 GGUF, with Q5 it works. Maybe corrupt GGUF???

Kayji

Thanks. actully it is already installed and I tyried to uypdate it . I just use another sampler ^^

GiantessOdyssey

So with Q5, it works? Yeah, I have a problem with the Q6 too

LeoSolis

Where can i find Q5, i only have q6 and it doesnt work gives the magic invalid

David Swoboda

I still cannot get my installation to work. I have the portable install in the desired location now, thank you, THETA GRAPHICS, for the help. But it will not load the LTX Comfy plugins: I get this error- Error message occurred while importing the 'ComfyUI-LTXVideo' module. Marco Travan

Using the automatic batch, after following your instructions from the video, I receive an error about GGUF (Like others here..). Any advice on how to fix it?

LeoSolis

I found Q5_K_S in huggin it works. i have 4070Ti and 720p 8 seconds t2i took around 8 minutes.

Tore van Kooten

I haven't had any issues in the past with other AI image generators.

LL

Yes. Creating a folder in a different location/drive, whatever and dropping the bat there, then run it so it installs there is the key.

Does it possible to install it on ComfyUI local installation I don't get the portable version. Thanks

Sean Wilton

I've made a few videos so far but they all look like hot garbage, dunno if its me or the model. The faces keep distorting and the sound doesn't match up with anything in the video itself.

Aitrepreneur

I think it happens whenever a bunch of people try downloading the same files at the same time

GtechiDesign

Hi, where do we get the prompts you are using in the video?

Plaiboy Magazine

Nice to see a new video :) hope you're doing AND feeling well!

Diggy Dre

I don't know why but it won't work for me. I'm on an RTX 4080. I also went ahead and did a fresh Comfy install using the installer in a fresh folder because I wanted to try this out (I usually use swarmUI just for my images). For some reason, the comfyUI here doesn't want to update the nodes either.

Christian Kallias

Installing from scratch, just to make sure, won't mess up other instances of ComfyUI in another folder?

Ronald Tang

Wow if you take a look at the ltx-2-19b-dev-Q6_K.guff file it so only 1kb after running the .bat

Ronald Tang

I just did a Google search for the .guff and I am downloading one from hugging face.... Will see if the Q6 work with the workflow

halloking123

Installing from scratch -> update comfyui via the update.bat file in the folder -> Update all in ComfyUI Manager. Everything is working great for me, it's almost frightening how good LTX-2 is. Thank you very much, I look forward to more!

Make sure to run it from drive C. That alone fixed most of my errors.

Bimb-OH!

Just a quick question. When you say "click on the 3 little dots button" you mean the one next to the Terminate button on RunPod? If I click there, I don't have any option for argument variables, just Edit Pod and Environment Variables. Where's "Argument Variables" located? Thanks!

D

will this work with my rx 9070 xt?

kaczorefx

I got everything working but I have a problem with the Controlnet workflow - it copies the animation from the supplied video perfectly but completely disregards the reference image. All my generations look the same, the first frame is just a copy of the reference image, and then it switches to a generation where the character is a completely different person. Often the general feel and location matches well, but the character is completely wrong. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? https://i.postimg.cc/PqpdJ60C/Zrzut-ekranu-2026-01-19-131511.png

Mikael Svenson

On my 5090 using the default comfy template with nvfp4 or fp8 seems to be a lot quicker than the Q8 gguf, with comparable model size. Would be great if you added support for nvfp4 models and not just GGUF loaders. I know it's some quality difference, but having the option to pick speed vs quality makes sense. That said, great work as always!

Cody Rutty

Usually not; wish I could say 100%; since this is a portable version with its own VENV, you shouldn't have any issues; I did a brand new install on the same drive in a separate folder without issue. Not my boot drive, if that helps, another nvme. Given his instructions though I could see any issue with cuda version, potentially, but that should be fixable.

theworldofanatnom

if its not distilled just swap out the model loader

theworldofanatnom

i didnt either at first but i think, and this is a hypothesis, with the portable you can put it in your C drive folder and that resolves alot of problems youd encounter with the app

Getting outdated comfyui issues, even after updating in the manager

Diggy Dre

Is anyone else getting OOM errors? I am on the 4080 and I even dropped down to the lower model. I even tried lowering the time of the clip.

Tomas Rampas

I have been messing with this for a while and it's EPIC!!! One thing that is strange tho, is that the lower resolution I go (420x420) for a picture to video + voice workflow the better voice lines I get. The following of prompt is almost perfect. But If I go high ress (1024x1024) the voice lines are really bad and don't follow the prompt. Why does output resolution have such a huge impact on the generated voice? I don't understand it. Can someone please explain?

Chell Bell

Hey there i got a error "UnetLoaderGGUF GGUF magic invalid" Any help out there? :)

Figured it out... it was the dual clip loader I switched to which was wrong. Picked the correct node and now it works. So switched out checkpoint and dualclip loader.

Hi, I'm getting the following error message: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'model_options'. I installed using the Comfyui-manager_auto_install.

Reikozunaken

It looks like option 2 in the .bat refers to ltx-2-19b-dev-Q6_K.gguf, but the repository appears to contain a ltx-2-19b-dev-Q5_K_S.gguf instead. This has led to a 1kb file that does not load.

Quick question, what repo adds the local LTXV text prompt node in your ComfyUI setup? CLIP Text Encode doesn’t work with LTX2 on my end.

Thanks for this. Error: Cannot load GGUF model - invalid magic number Solved by downloading the correct file manually and replacing.

Reikozunaken

Yes. Please, may our AI Overlord correct this oversight in script or repository!

Hello, when I open comfyui I get a message saying this workflow has missing nodes. Then I go to the manager to update all and I get this error: "This action is not allowed with this security level configuration." How do I change the security level?

Scott Barrett

It's taking me a moment to understand the language of this post. It feels like a bomb defusal instruction that says "Cut the red wire."... "but FIRST, cut the blue". I have installed comfy in the past but never really got it going, I can't recall what was wrong. So am I supposed to NOT run the one click 'Ultra' but rather the models-nodes-install to update my previous installation and then run the auto install? or if I had comfy running in the past I JUST install the nodes? I'm really not sure yet. I don't know why step 1 isn't actually step one. Shouldn't this start with "1. If you previously had a version of comfy running, do x first. Now that you've done that move to step 2 which is y." if you haven't installed comfy before, jump right to step 2.

Steve

i had the same issue and found a solution: go to the comfyui_windows_portable folder click in the folder path, open console with cmd and enter, then run these 2 commands one by one. (first might be redundant, but second one will fix the issue) .\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -U pip .\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install "numpy<=2.3.3"

rc

It assumed you have a NVidia GPU of various ram size. Best to run LTX-2-ULTRA-COMFYUI-MANAGER_AUTO_INSTALL.bat on as top level as possible. It will install portable Comfyui for you. There are 3 options that you need to choose , depend on the GPU ram that your have in options 1,2 or 3

rc

You may install in a system folder. Try to use other drive.

rc

It should. Best keep the portable version just in case.

How to fix UnetLoaderGGUF GGUF magic invalid: The .gguf file in your ...\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\unet was downloaded incorrectly. Thank you! I'd already found my way to the numpy version issue from the node error message. What I didn't do was make sure I was updating the local python for this install, instead of the system. As soon as I ran the command from the install directory, numpy downgraded and the error has gone.

tyrelli doomah

I'm experiencing a similar issue with a custom audio file. The audio is not lip syncing, just getting a voice over from audio file with proper video creation. I had a similar issue from the "comfyui downloaded workflow", not yours, with lip sync from text prompt (not custom audio), and the solution was to lower the strength a few 0.1. The diner in the youtube video was "text" audio, not custom audio. I'll keep trying for a solution. I'm using a 5090 card. I had the comfyui app for about 6 months, but deleted all previous workflows (as they are older now) and did the one click install with this model. Can't say I'm liking the browser tab based version but it works to a degree. I downloaded this workflow to use for custom audio files from another voice to text app. Good job on the workflow and nice Youtube videos.

Bradford

It gave me the exact same error. If you ask me this is all a waste of time. Will just wait to see if AItrep fixes it.

tyrelli doomah

hmm... txt to video works great with attached audio. image to video defaults to audio from an song from India (not mine). not able to get image to video with attached audio to work yet.

Me too - UnetLoaderGGUF GGUF magic invalid

I found out why my GGUF would not load, on mine - the ltx-2-19b-dev-Q6_k.gguf - GGUF file was only 1k - as mentioned in an earlier comment but at the time I did not understand as the answer was so short form. End of the day (at least for this part) the file did not download. I forgot to mention, for some reason whether you select the .bat file for 8GB or 12GB or 24GB vram, the default UNET is ltx-2-19b-dev-Q6_k - however, if you have a different model, it will not show the other model until you place the ltx-2-19b-dev-Q5_k or ltx-2-19b-dev-Q4_k. If you selected the 24GB ram from the start, it should launch at first try. But for the 8GB or 12GB selection, you will need to download the other two .GGUF files into the your UNET directory in order for ComfyUI to show you the other UNET models for select (via dropdown). Hopefully they may help others. I am super new to Aitrepreneur so I am learning as I am going.

There is a switch above the Load Audio called LOAD AUDIO TRUE OR FALSE FROM SCRATCH. Make sure that is set to TRUE.

tyrelli doomah

Good advice, but it's not that. I tried both. If I choose FALSE, the audio from somewhere else loads (not mine) and lip syncs to my image. If I choose TRUE, it doesn't talk. I tried about 20 settings on the Strength, no luck. I tried IMAGE+VIDEO and that appears to work, but it takes my image and applies the sweater from the woman in the OFFICE clip (weird). Maybe the demo files from the youtube are interfering in some way? It's tantalizingly close to working, but I'm thinking one of the connections are broken or something. But I don't know. Doesn't work from install. 5090 fast fast computer. I'll keep trying. (about 200+ attempts and reloads so far of different combinations)

tyrelli doomah

ah, success finally. "Audio Video Duration" set to 5.0, "Load Audio" clip has a 5 seconds duration from file, I had success setting the "Change Audio Start" to -5.0 and the audio and lip sync worked. So it looks to be audio start issue had to be set to negative the length? Thanks.

tyrelli doomah

I have this issue at (1920 x 1080) on video + voice. I'm getting good results at (1024x720). Maybe try 640x640 or keep bumping up the resolution. I'm thinking I can upscale after, but I haven't tried that yet.

Same... it's trying to call git.exe - do we need to install git (and / or other software first)?

Ramjet

Glad its not just me :-) it errors on git-setup.exe . don't know why its trying to pull a 16 bit app. Others must have run the auto-install with no errors.

anno998

Is there a way to run it on an AMD flagship gpu ?

Ramjet

got it to work. I downloaded the 64bit version of git-setup and ran it 1st. then ran the batch file..

Hey man! Loving LTX-2! Z-image base workflow and vid soon? You da man :)

John

I have this workflow running really well. The only issue I have is the I2V entirely ignores the source image. Characters, background, lighting, everything. It seems like it's only pulling from the text prompt and not the image. Anyone else having this issue? I'm sure it's something stupid I'm missing. I've used Grok to write my prompts also.

Aitrepreneur

Yep just came back from vacations and bam! Z image base is here, I've been testing it since it came out. I'm not done testing it yet once I'm done the video will be out

John Juarez

Heck yeah thanks! Welcome back

EVAN

auto installer didnt install the model

Mike Contreras

did you fix it , im having the same issue

Angelo Vildasol

Can't get these .wav files to trigger the lip sync for the life of me! Read through this entire thread twice. Hit all the checklists... sound plays but the subject's mouth still does not move at all. Is there anything I might be missing here? I'm up for suggestions... thanks guys!

Angelo Vildasol

My audio clip is 4 seconds long. Set the audio length to 5 seconds... still doesn't work....

Angelo Vildasol

Ok. Finally figured it out... it was my PROMPT... 100%. It was super convoluted and unclear. Cleaned it up and removed the actual text transcript description. Good to go now!

Kynkie

I'm getting an error saying it can't run the installer on a 64 bit computer...? Am I silly?

Him

Finally got an install working (third install was the charm....) - but it seems I can only generate video on the initial launch of comfyui portable - everything else turns to an image with audio... Closing and restarting comfy does nothing, only from a reboot.

i have a 3080 and 32 of ram , how long would it take for a basic gen?

Starling

Hi! Any chance of a tutorial video? Tried to use it freestyle and it doesn’t seem to work on my system (12GB, 4080). Finally downloaded all the missing nodes, and now it seems to run without running the video. 🤷‍♂️

Robert Morton

Will this work with the comfyui AMD version ? it uses pytorch compiled for rocm7.2

Lukas Félix

Will the model and workflow work in an AMD setup? I'm trying to get it working but I keep getting the error: LTXVImgToVideoInplace cannot unpack non-iterable NoneType object

Enrique Rivera

Hi, text to video works well but image to video give me this error everytime: Error No input found for flattened id 493 slot 0 and I don't know what to do

todd beebe

so quick question using image to vid if i use the same image with the same prompt i get the exact same result. Is there a way to change the seed or something so i can get different results?

Leon

the work flow doesn't show up. Where can i find it ?

Frank Sanders

I tried this workflow and I could not make it run propperly. After reading all this posts here I think I am not alone. Please make your workflowsnot to complicated. Maybe more is less. I dont know if using your own sound file is so importent.

Appreciate the help, but I got an entry not found when I tried huggingface.co/unsloth/LTX-2-GGUF/resolve/main/ltx-2-19b-dev-Q6_k.gguf

Keen

So it looks like my problem is with nodes. :) I have tried downloading lots of safetensors from the huggingface site (see the reply below). But honestly, I am just guessing where to place these files. :) Would appreciate a nudge in right direction. Am going to see if the manual installation guide helps. This workflow has missing nodes This workflow uses custom nodes you haven't installed yet. MelBandRoFormerModelLoader Switch any [Crystools] in subgraph 'New Subgraph' MelBandRoFormerSampler in subgraph 'New Subgraph' Install these nodes to run this workflow, or replace them with installed alternatives. Missing nodes are highlighted in red on the canvas.

Keen

I found MelBandRoformer_fp32.safetensors on https://huggingface.co/Aitrepreneur/FLX/tree/main and I have placed that file in the loras subfolder under models in ComfyUI. Let me know if you think that is a bad idea, lol. Also, that directory is great -- thanks to another user who posted it in these Patreon chats. I found unet files there that I also did not have for Klein and LTX-2. Ran the run file again (tried all three of them, just in case), and unfortunately the safetensors file did not address the missing nodes -- same error: This workflow uses custom nodes you haven't installed yet.

Keen

As far as the manual goes, there seem to be three places the installer may have failed me. git clone https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-MelBandRoFormer ..\..\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -r ComfyUI-MelBandRoFormer\requirements.txt and models/diffusion_models/ MelBandRoformer_fp32.safetensors So, I deleted the copy I had added an hour ago to the loras subfolder. There was one copy in the diffusion_models sub, but I went and replaced it with a new one. But I have no idea whether the clone was done properly or the requirements executed. Not at all sure what or how to fix these missing nodes, but would appreciate knowing where to look.

Keen

Is there any harm in repeating this step, hoping the bat can fix what is missing without breaking what is there? IF YOU ALREADY HAVE COMFYUI INSTALLED USING A PREVIOUS INSTALLER: Download the LTX-2-MODELS-NODES_INSTALL.bat and place it in the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI folder Run the bat file Wait for the install to finish

Whistler

For missing nodes use ComfyUI Manager it has a button "Install Missing Custom Nodes" that give you a list of what you are missing so you can just click to download them from the Manager. And for what folder models goes yeh you need to learn that some are easy but other are tricky when you are new. I made like 5 copies of one model and named them 1 2 3 4 5 and placed them in folders that might be correct, then refreshed ComfyUI and clicked the model list to see which number showed up. Otherwise ask Google's AI it usually is a good help. I have not used the bat files, so unsure how good they are. As I didn't start with that I'm pretty sure it will mess things up now. So I can't help with that. I use the portable version so it is easier to fix. And use ComfyUI manager to install custom nodes and update ComfyUI. Manager can also save Snapshots so you can go back, just small files of what things you have installed. The requirements.txt files is basically just a list with python packages that you need to run the nodes. If you use ComfyUI Manager you do not have to deal with that.

Keen

Thanks again, Whistler! I will give it a shot. I wonder if ComfyUI Manager will be able to locate the missing nodes. But definitely a great starting point. ----- Update: Wow! It worked like a charm! I am processing my first text to video now! (I did have issues with the audio file, but as soon as I substituted a different narration, I had no more red lights/boxes!)

Keen

So looks like all the rendering worked while I was eating dinner... and then a new error popped up. VHS_VideoCombine ffmpeg is required for video outputs and could not be found. In order to use video outputs, you must either: - Install imageio-ffmpeg with pip, - Place a ffmpeg executable in P:\AI_Downloads\ComfyUI_windows_portable, or - Install ffmpeg and add it to the system path. Show Report Help Fix This ---------More detail----------- # ComfyUI Error Report ## Error Details - **Node ID:** 514 - **Node Type:** VHS_VideoCombine - **Exception Type:** ProcessLookupError - **Exception Message:** ffmpeg is required for video outputs and could not be found. In order to use video outputs, you must either: - Install imageio-ffmpeg with pip, - Place a ffmpeg executable in P:\AI_Downloads\ComfyUI_windows_portable, or - Install ffmpeg and add it to the system path.

Keen

Tried using this command... but maybe I am not putting it in the right place? "Install PIP packages" did not like this command: pip install --upgrade imageio-ffmpeg And did not like imageio-ffmpeg by itself either.

Whistler

So I don't really know if this will fix it or not, but for everything else in Windows if you have codes problems and such downloading K-Lite Codec pack is a good thing to do! https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm And if you do not already use it should at least make other video programs better to give them access to more codes.

For some reason, pasting directly from Hugging Face to this comment box or forum removes specific characters. I had to paste into notepad and recopy and paste back into comments here.

i cant install it i get error unsuported 16 bit version or whatever

Now waiting for a workflow update for the new LTX 2.3 22B Dev. The current workflow is utterly incompatible, requiring new models and ComfyUI nodes.

anyone getting this error: ValueError: cannot reshape array of size 11071770 into shape (4096,4352)

Is there a prompt or lora i can use to get a static camera? I want to use image to video to make a simple animated desktop wallpaper but when i try it the camera moves around my image too much.

love it. Any chance of a LTX 2.3 update?

Darkarmy

would be much appreciated if updated to LTX 2.3...thx

michael delgrosso

I have yet to get this thing to run. When i click the run button, it completes in .01 seconds and does nothing. It doesnt matter which workflow section i try it on, it does it on all four. I have followed the video and all notes, and still cant figure out whats going on. Some help would be much appreciated weather from aitrepreneur, or one of the other pats. Thanks in advanced.
