chantal bavaud

Love this thank you. Are you gonna react to jhope full album at one point? Specially the one with jungkook?

Aulia

when will we stop doing this bu things

Yellow

They already said they will react to albums in a chronological order as for the solo albums it’s the same idea.

Yellow

Why?

Lainee Fenton

when will you read the weekly schedule post?

Aulia

just asking

SierraNicole

People are really excited about the BU journey. A lot of ARMYs love the lore. It's a rite of passage for ARMYs too so let them just do it.

Kahalia Dixon

it’s apart of the whole experience

shasha

it will never stop.. and i love it..

btsarmy 🥰💜💜

I really love you guys, thank you for today's reaction. Can you react to winter bear by v please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Lainee Fenton

If you checked their weekly schedule that was posted earlier, you would be able to answer your own question.

jnx

Love this 🥹

chantal bavaud

Once you done with the BU Videos are you gonna react to the xceleste explenations you will learn so much more. The summerys you get are not 100% correct for example jimin did not get kidnapped. They really well made videos too

nina

they say in this video that it would be easier for them to just do the whole BU consecutively. plus all the songs attached to the BU are songs they’ve heard already too.

Nikolina

As they mentioned before they divided the BU lore into the 3 main albums . So with the coming week's LY videos it will probably be their last week doing BU videos.

nina

probably another week or two! we’re in the last era of the BU (as of right now at least.)

nina

they’re doing the albums in chronological order! they just took a break to do the BU! but they’ll get to all the albums in the future! 💜

nina

y’all are doing really good so far with the theories!! i can’t wait for y’all to know the full story of what the BU is!! 🫶🏼

@^@

Please react to like crazy acoustic version. Please 😭

Vanessa Garcia

I couldn’t help but laugh at hobis moment thinking about that joke that went around that hobi was actually left there by his mom 😭 But I actually love the BU so I hope I didn’t offend anyone but saying that 💜

Sofía Hernández

Omg Summer was onto something after watching the highlight reel!!! I don't want to spoil it, but she was definitely getting warmer to the main deal with Seokjin... Keep it up, queen!!🤩🤗

F R

Watch xceleste video & you will be more surprise by the storyline..

Lainee Fenton

Gabe was ready to say welcome to your marvel universe reaction at the start 😂

Mila

Guys after you are done watching the BU story videos please watch xceleste’s bts storyline explained video. It would summarize everything and make more sense

bleu jellyfish

when you’re done with the LY BU era, you should really watch xceleste’s explanation video!! it’d make more sense for you to, plus it’ll feel full circle and like you got closure!

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

Idk if you guys have seen in the comments but some people have been suggesting that you guys watch xCeleste's video about theories/explanations on the BU. Your summary writer is very good but I also think it's good to see multiple perspectives and maybe a little bit more info.💜

Sina Yazzie

I want to scream in trustration 😂 but I understand, y’all newbies. Patience is definitely a virtue.

Ceriele Park

Hahaha watching you guys react to this reminds me of myself figuring out all the theories when every new MV comes out😂 And it was worst at the time because everything was a waiting game waiting for new MVs to come out and relying on twitter posts🤣

Po

I wanna read the notes as well 👍

Jeon Selim

Yasss!! I was like, “you’re almost there!!” 😂🤭

@^@

I feel like they could have given you a lot more lore of what happened 😭

Sofía Hernández

Yessss, she just needed to dig a liiittle bit deeper. I think the twist is pretty obvious now, so they are definitely going to get it of they check the notes😁🤣

justjennyi

I was about to say the same thing.. i really hope they're going to watch the XCELESTE EXPLENATION VIDEO after it !!🙏

lachi molala

that ad in the beginning and you guys' reaction to it was so hilarious! hahahaha

Laura

Guys, I loved your reaction to the BU! When you finish all the eras I hope you can react to the Summary + Explanation Video of the BU by xCeleste, is a great video and can help to understand more of all story and theories. Once again I am so grateful to you for react to the BU, I am living this again through your eyes and I love it. PD: It could be fun if you react to the trailer of BEGINS YOUTH (The K-drama inspired by BU). The K-drama will be released on april 30.

tumtan

Actor Kim seokjin when🥲 hope he’s stars in a kdrama/movie when he’s out the military.

Yellow

İ know! İ was like “lesgooo summer, you got this”😭😭

Yellow

İ really thought that happened in real life when i was a baby army omg😭😭 The way i cursed his mom out. İ’m sorry hobi’s mom😭

Vanessa Garcia

Stop this is so funny 😭😭😭😭

Yuktha

When Abby said did Jin take Tae’s place and Summer added more context to it by saying did Jin take Tae’s place so Tae didn’t have go through it I was like damn these guys are so close to getting the main theme of BU.. I hope you guys wrap your BU journey by watching xCeleste’s explanation video.. Thanks guys for your reaction..💜 P.S. Isn’t epiphany mv also part of BU..?? I guess it will part of their part2 reaction..

MLS

I am in camp newbie. Thank you, CCW and crew, for guiding the way! Notes, please :)

_miles

28:50 if you noticed this is their enlistment order.

zuki

so no one told daniel y’all are gonna wear pink today? 🤣

Charm313

2014 ARMY sipping tea while watching CCW's reaction and hearing the ladies' deduction

outrolars

i guess you'll be watching the bangtan universe game trailer as well, right? since it is not technically part of the LY era but it is probably the last BU content that they've released so far, i hope you watch that after the LY era videos and then watch the xceleste summary to get the whole storyline. reading the notes will give you part of the story but it is still not enough to get the whole picture as well as reading the webtoon and playing the game (which i think you wouldn't dive further into as it will take a while)

Ashlee

Summer is catching on so quickly!! 😮 i was honestly surprised she mentioned the time stuff because a lot of people dont notice that during the first watch

Ophelia

Let’s not spoil things….

Ss

i thought the writers would explain more in these two vids 😥 maybe next one? or maybe consider watching xceleste's explanation one.

Ophelia

The Highlight Reels in particular also came out before the album. So makes sense.

Jo⁷💜

This! Everyone from youtube to here says so I hope they read comments and atleast tell us if they will coz it’s frustrating saying it for a long time. Sorry for coming of as rude but I had to get it of my chest

chimm

Summer’s theory about Jin catching the vase.. yasss keep digging!! 🤩

Gabbie

It is, but I think it's the last one in LY, since it's the final conclusion.

Kearyce Moore

I'm just loving how halfway ya'll have come with this👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Gabbie

A lot more context could have been provided out of this. I'm sure xCeleste's will be the conclusion on this journey, but more context can be provided without spoiling on these summaries!

Danie Vasquez

This is fun! Discovering the BU lore with u! Never did explore it on my own lol. In my theory, when Jin was in the tower, he prevented Tae from jumping ultimately saving him? And him seeing them thru his video cam lens all together and happy made him happy. Going back to what Abby said that Tae looked confused, I think it was bc he was confused why Seokjin was there, bc he had thought of going there & jump referring to when he did jumped off from Butterfly MV. Like confused like how did Seokjin knew? Did he read my mind? By going up there first, Seokjin prevented Tae from going there & jumping off hence the scene of Tae drowning? It rewinded back right? Then Jin smiles?! Oh wow. That made sense to me. I just got excited lol

Denise Panotes

Maybe if you watch the explanation video from xceleste it will enlighten you more about the storyline she explained it clearly and thoroughly

Shreya

guys with due respect the clues in BU are good but are very vague and you need hours of analysis to get the complete picture it would be nice to watch your reaction to x-celeste videos as she has completely decoded it and since its a visual explaination with cuts from different bu videos its much less confusing than the summary notes which no offence is very confusing if you dont know the actual storyline ps: i never read the notes even tho i bought the albums but due to xceleste videos i understood the whole bu

Elizabeth

I really hope so too 🙏 He would be amazing!

Sara Pak

You should watch the xceleste video

Ophelia

The whole point is to not know. None of us knew anything when these videos came out.

Any

Its so nice to be doing BU with you, primos. Also my first time. So, my theory is that: in general, all the other members histories are just Jins feelings. They are not really there, is the constante figthing of him trying to be ok and not hurt himself after losing his girl. Its just his story and feelings represented in different ways. Love talking about it alone in my room but together with you all 😂😂 (I cannot wait for you guys to get to In the soop. Daniel is gonna loose it so many times.) ~~in the girls voice~~ BYYEEEEE 💜💜💜

Lisa M T

Watching the XCeleste vid now is like reading the last page of a book first. DONT DO IT!! The FUN is trying to figure it out on your own.

A.N.D

i think emily should’ve given more… because when i watched euphoria it all came together for me, and i’ve never read word for word the notes. unless they want to go through the notes

Andi🌻

From the first video, the highlight reel, the background music, did it had hints of I Need You? The very beginning of the song. I loved the adding of Outro:tear later on. Im so happy watching these BU videos with you guys. I have an idea of it but never deep dive on my own since becoming an army in 2020 so this is perfect for me cause I wouldn’t know where to start!

Shreya

Yea maybe that is true but after the while thing maybe they can checkout x celeste

Cherie Partin

wow Summer is catching the story...lol now i bet they will all go back and analize just what she said that hinted at the storyline...ohhh and the trailor for the drama was just released guys it looks sooo good, and it looks like they arent changing the story but actually keeping it the way it is(thats rare trust me)

Jéssica Molinari

When I went for the BU, I really think the Webtoon (I found it on youtube actually) explains the beging of the BU. The Notes explains many many things, but to start I think the webtoon should come first. Anyway, I think everyone has it's own jorney and I am so happy to watch yours! You guys trying to understand am I am here like "oh very good guys!" when you go to the right direction!

Ali

Enjoying the BU dive with you guys!

Danie Vasquez

No offense to those saying they should watch XCeleste videos, I think that should be reserved for later at the end for closure. It could give context to some things they've missed watching or reading. I've watched her vid but never really got the gist of it nor made me interested in understanding the whole BU altogether. Only enjoying it now exploring everything along with CCW coz they are going thru them in order of how it dropped then. The Notes accdg to their summary, was only given out at this timeline when they had the LY albums. Thus The Notes they were given are the ones included in the albums then. They are going thru this journey, (and me personally as well lol) accdg to the way the OG Armys went through, hence the authentic feeling, the excitement of theorizing and making sense of it all together, u know? To some of those who've figured it out without watching XCeleste videos, I am amazed. It might be frustrating to some who already knows & understand the whole BU now, but wasn't it also frustrating & confusing for u in the beginning? It's just like that again. We want the frustration of not understanding & also the excitement of finally being able to put puzzle pieces together. Borahae 🫰

Wendy

Goosebumps upon goosebumps every time I watch the Highlight Reels. 💜💜💜

Ophelia

We knew nothing when the Highlight Reels came out. They are experiencing it how we did.

Andrew Hitchcock

seriously. why cant people just let stuff happen. they don't need the meaning and references slammed down their throat for every reaction.

Seneca

Since CCW is often unsure, know that Summer nailed Hoseok's pronunciation (as always haha) at 40:20 :)

Honey 0613

I feel a lot of info and theories was missing that could have been shared here.

Honey 0613

I think Emily could have mentioned some of the theories that were floating around during each era.

Ss

What I meant was that in other vids the writers explained more, but this one they didn't point out/explain some very obvious clues. (I'm not going to point them out though, in case they don't want to know right now.)

Honey 0613

He's going to be in the 2nd season of Signal!! The news just came out this week. Bts are fans of the Kdrama (it's a good one!) and did the OST for the Japanese version a few years ago. I am so curious if Jin will be a detective or a criminal or what!?

Ss

And BTW Andrew, no need to be rude. What you said was very different from I meant. Euphoria was a big wrap up in a way. So obviously one would expect the explanation to be... a bit more. That's all I'm saying.

Honey 0613

I have been an Army since Run era, so December 2015. A big part of our love for the BU were the fan theories. The timeline loooooved coming up with theories. As we got more pieces, we understood the BU better. A lot of theories went nowhere, but some were confirmed with time. A big part of this was exploring the creativity behind each new puzzle piece. Sooo much of the fan theories is missing from the explanations behind these two videos and it makes me sad that so many clues were not mentioned or explored. At the time of the release, the Highlight Reels were HUGE and revealed a lot of new info (especially Jin's scenes). It's fun going through the BU with you all again, but man, nothing will ever touch when it first came out and the timeline was buzzing.

Dev march

Llevo mucho años en el fandom army, y hasta el día de hoy sigo sin comprender el BU pero sin duda es fascinante, lo importante es que lo disfruten chicos. Pd: Si alguien sabe de algún video que lo explique bien se lo agradecería. 🫶🏽

mo0njelly

I think that was an April Fool's post :( If you saw it on Twitter

Lizzy's Mom

I would suggest rewatching the Highlight Reels and paying attention to the dates. Summer was almost there with her comments about Jin getting ready for his meeting with the girl, but noticing the date might be a big "Aha!" moment. *** I don't think this is a spoiler, but if it is, someone let me know why you think it is and I might delete it.

Andredayyy

Watching you guys watch this I am shouting at the screen hahahah

Andredayyy

You're so close. You touch on it and then ahhhhhh

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

I think Emily makes her summaries as minimal as possible because we know Daniel doesn't like spoilers so I'm sure they spoke with her prior to starting this journey to keep things quite vague. Maybe I'm overthinking it lmao idk😂

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

I get what you mean but with each video, the story made more and more sense right? So I think having Emily+ xCeleste's videos to kind of tie everything together would make them understand the story more clearly as they go along. I think it's less about giving them spoilers and more about helping them piece together what they have already seen so that they can understand future BU content a lot better. Idk if I'm making sense 💜

Zabi

Please correct me if i am wrong but isn't MOTS the final chapter in the BU?

Cece

Probably need to read the Save Me webtoon and read all the Notes

Ezel⁷ ⊙⊝⊜

yeah, i think they should watch it at the end of the official releases/videos. Just to understand everything.

nina

see how without xceleste’s video summer got super close to what is happening in the story? 😭 that’s the whole point of them going through this BU journey with no spoilers!! they want to experience this as army did back then when there was no comprehensive video explaining it all. let them go on this journey and let them have fun discussing and theorizing like many army did back then!! and after all this is done i’m sure they’ll reach out with questions if they still have any and they’ll most likely still do xceleste’s video once they get to the very end.

nina

there were still BU notes in the albums but there was no more visual content for the BU like mvs, short films, etc. i think that’s why ly era is seen as the last era even though technically we were still getting BU journal entries during MOTS era.

Zabi

oh, cause i remember the universe story videos came out during mots so i was confused. thank you tho!

moonbeamss_⁷

I would delete your comment. Major spoiler !

Izzy Morales

Exactly. I think the people who suggest them to watch the xceleste videos might have gone through the BU when everything was already mostly fleshed out. CCW is getting the most authentic experience of the BU as we did back then. We had no explanations and we were all confused, but that was the fun of it.

Izzy Morales

I am so happy you all are experiencing the BU authentically as we did back when it was slowly coming out. We did not have the WEBTOON, we had no explanation videos other than fan theories, the notes were disjointed tidbits in each Love Yourself album, and the blogs were fun to decipher. Yes it’s confusing but that’s what makes the BU so fun. Personally I don’t think I would have loved it as much if everything had been explained to me from the very beginning. Great video guys! 💜

Izzy Morales

The wait was the worst!! 😂

Kookielove82

i agree xceleste videos explanation breaks everything down really well but for sure after your done trying to figure it all out yourself its fun watching you try.

Danie Vasquez

Yea, that's what I was thinking too when people were suggesting it. In my opinion, I think her vid is also just her theory as well, or idk maybe she put it up after talking with other Armys? So like instead of understanding the whole thing myself, in my own POV, I would be just understanding it all based on her explanation, based on her understanding of the whole thing? She maybe right but I wouldn't know it if I won't go thru everything 1st then maybe just confirm it after everything to check if we had similar understandings & conclusion of the whole thing. Tho I am new to this journey as well and have read many things abt the whole story, I am enjoying it along with CCW bc they're going thru it as if it was back then. And now I am getting excited discovering things and putting connections between videos like them! Lol. I don't see many reactors who dive into BU like them. Many just watch over the explanation then that's it. This way is more fun and reading other comments getting excited for them as well as they're getting close to the storyyy 😆

emx

Love seeing y'all so invested in it and discussing theories. You guys are doing great btw, sparing some brain cells in your already busy life for this - thanks for sharing with us :) I went through it on my own years ago so it feels like I'm diving into it again with friends this time :)

MLS

Wow! So jealous that you have known them for so long ;) Yep...must have been living under a HUGE rock!

Seii Ami

Yeah, those were the last notes, then the BU 2 books were released and then the BTS Universe story mobile game

Kristine Villanueva

On an unrelated note, is it just me or the quality of this video is sooo good? 💜

F R

Yeah, actually its nostalgia too cause it remind me again the feeling & memory when 1st time BU are born into this world.. cause its been along time

Z love

the lighting they are using is good maybe its that. but yes the video looks crisp.

GirlFun03

Love your reactions to BU guys! Btw after you watch all there is a Must watch video my xceleste for BU where is everything break down to most of details etc and all explanation of what everything means + some theories for parts that BTS didn’t give us explanations to. So please make Sure to watch for full picture 🙏🏼💜

Ada

Ahhh it's so hard to hold my tongue... but I will just say some of the things you guys said are on the right track and I was here screaming at my screen and pointing fingers like a mad person :)))

Wendy Vogel

I do not if I'm allowed to ask this, but I was just wondering if anyone had any theories about the part in Euphoria at the 28:49 marker where the guys line up and Jin puts his arm on Jhopes shoulder, the color in the video is fine, but at marker 28:53 when Jin removes his arm the color quickly fades out of the video. Just curious.

Emmy

I like that the girl they chose for Yoongi was his style, like the way she dressed and her personality she portrayed. How she was helping him (quit smoking) but didn't speak, she just did it. That is how Yoongi is with the members, he just takes care of them without saying much.

yoonmin

excited for you guys to read the webtoon 😍

Ashleyder

Right?? They wanted an authentic experience of trying to figure it out on their own. People mad they're not always getting it right like *they* understood everything the first time they watched the BU.

Helen H
>>134427212

Okay maybe that’s a bit too much maybe on their own time if they really want

Cycology SPIN and MORE

This is all very interesting. But I’m ready for them to get through it. There’s so many performances that they haven’t seen. Dance practices and more.

nina

this is their journey that they’re sharing with us so i don’t mind whatever they decide to react to in the end. especially when there’s no bad bts content! there’s so much they still will get too they just can’t do it all at once. we just gotta be patient and not rush them through anything! 💜
