Hey Primos!

Welcome back! It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another FUN episode of IN THE SOOP! It's S2 E2! Fly to "In the SOOP" with BTS.

After the guys finish eating, it's on to some dessert. Then the guys break off to some fun activities. Tennis, swimming and some trumpet playing. Even some trumpet playing while swimming. 🤣 And of course the singing. We are really enjoying this vacation spot and the great moments it's bringing.

Enjoy today's reaction.

Thanks for the reaction! ITS is so healing and this is a perfect time for me to be rewatching Season 2. Thought I'd share a bit of social media stuff from when this aired. Episode 1 - After the episode aired, Hobi shared a bit of video on Twitter (https://x.com/BTS_twt/status/1448999380862730245) - Tablo from Epik High saw and responded to that tweet with their song "Fly" playing in the background (https://x.com/blobyblo/status/1449004294846377987). Someone also shared a bit of RM's karaoke performance with him (https://x.com/blobyblo/status/1448996867803533312). Later, Tablo vowed that they would incorporate RM's choreo into their next performance of the song. (All 3 members of the rapline have cited Epik High as an influence. Both Suga and RM have collaborated with Tablo/EH on various projects: Lee Sora's "Song Request" feat Suga and produced by Tablo, Epik High's "Eternal Sunshine" prod Suga, and RM's "All Day" with Tablo). Episode 2 - BTS didn't open their IG accounts until December 2021 (about 6 months after filming ITS2). The posts you see on the show are usually in Weverse; here's the one RM made during this episode: https://weverse.io/bts/artist/0-950 - The non-BTS song that Hobi and V were jamming to at the pool is "Free Love" by the Australian duo Honne, who have multiple collaborations with RM (Honne co-wrote and produced RM's songs "Seoul" from mono and "Closer" from Indigo; RM also featured on a remix of Honne's song "Crying Over You"). After this episode aired, ARMY of course posted clips on Twitter and Honne not only responded to one, but even made a Tik Tok about it. * tweet: https://x.com/hellohonne/status/1451594012121604128 * tik tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@hellohonne/video/7039653328514534662?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7385919369043936798 Actually, Honne just randomly tweeted those lyrics from "Free Love" the other day (and made me think of this scene and get a bit emo, lol): https://x.com/hellohonne/status/1867735487093649890

uncle baby billy

Found the bean bags!! They’re by the brand ‘Ambient Lounge’ 💜💜💜

PrettyJumpTree

The grapes Jin was eating are shine muscat. They are soooo good and so expensive. They are a lot bigger then the ones we have here in the US and more sweet. I developed an allergy to grapes as I aged and can no longer eat them but when my sister bought some shine muscat (she traveled a ways to get them because we don't have them locally), I couldn't pass the temptation and risked my life to eat a few. Worth it. Also I heard fruit in S. Korea is very expensive and consider a luxury item. It is common to receive them as gifts.

Kearyce Moore

I'm late on here today, but they do workout in sandals alot

Kearyce Moore

I know right, he looked so refreshed while giving us a little mini concert again and I can't wait until the rest of the members get out

Lisa M T

It was white peaches and carbonated water, not sprite.

Lizzy's Mom

I didn't think they were allowed on social media while they were in the military. Am I wrong or did the rules change? I thought they could only release things that were filmed before they enlisted.

ojochan

JK mentioned in the beginning of the live that it’s allowed, other celebrities had done it also in the past.

LauraA20Bora7

Fun Fact: Man are supposed to get roughly 8 hours of sleep but women are supposed to get at least 9 and at least 10 on their cycle.

l

random but i really love and hope you continue to update us on the informative comments you look back on for the previous episode ! i enjoy knowing you guys read the things we type out for you and learn new things from army, its very satisfying lol. i love ITS so much, i wish it never ended lol. it gives me flash backs to the healing moments we had during the depressing times in covid 😭

Yodit Y

My understanding is that it was ok because he was on a break. Also they are not allowed to work outside of their enlistment, thats why they can't film new content or record new stuff while they are away. For example Tae was at a dinner for the brand Celiné and since it was only a dinner celebrating them opening a new store and he wasn't being paid it was ok for him to go.

D

Didn't Taehyung win some recognition in the military for his point shooting? He is a sure shot. Saw this here and remembered.

Nathalie Elizabeth

Fun Fact: Tae posted a video of himself playing Autumn Leaves on trumpet on his Instagram

Chloe

I remember in the early days of my marriage, I wept in front of my husband because he could not understand my need to get 10 hrs of sleep daily. He'd wake me up at around 6 or 7 hrs to eat with me thinking Id be happier to be eating with him than sleeping. I get headaches unless I get at least 10hrs. At one point I was so pissed I was crying so hard I was ready to leave him 😂

Ali

I have been waiting so long for Daniel to see Tae’s trumpet lesson.

JURI

I just love in the soop

akaV⁷✌🏼⊙⊝⊜

Besides catching Jung Kook's live, I also caught sight of the elf here lol Thee elf 😉

justsarah

"YO! CHECK IT." is literally my favorite line from this whole series

Minh

Signs of Tae being a sharpshooter before entering the military in this episode of In The Soop

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

It's my favourite joke and I thought they would get it😭😂😂

Elhana Bamr

And now wagching it again because the subs are added

Lindy

I love sassy mochi a lot...Jimin can be sassy and cute at the same time.. Jungkook takes great care for Jeon Bam. Bugs Attack; Poor Hobi, Taehyung hiding behind JK and pushing JK to it 🤣🤣 even RM afraid of bugs and Suga unbothered king . 💜 ⟭⟬ B T S ⟭⟬ 💜

Ahjusshi_Brown

No one tell Summer about all the carbonated milk-based drinks in Asia 😂😂

Marttinne

I wonder why they kept RM’s amazing trumpet skills ‘a secret’ until the military? He plays in the band there.
