To answer your question on what the ‘b’ stands for in ‘blog’, this is what Wikipedia shared: The "b" in "blog" stands for "web". "Blog" is short for "weblog", a term coined by Jorn Barger in 1997. The term "blog" was coined by Peter Merholz in 1999, when he jokingly broke the word "weblog" into the phrase "we blog" in the sidebar of his blog Peterme.com. Your question piqued my curiosity too. 😅

The members have filmed 2 sets of vlogs so they have 2 vlogs each. This one you watched was the set of vlogs they filmed in 2022/23(2nd vlog) and the JK's gym vlog you watched was filmed in 2020(1st set), Jhopes vlog was also from the 1st set, so they each have a 2nd vlog. The Suga vlog you guys watched was apart of his D-Day promotions, same as RM'a 'all day' vlogs so they are not apart of these collections of vlogs, V also has a vlog for his Layover promotions.. Also I would say all the members have a pretty broad range of music taste, I think V's comes across the most broadest range because he is more Jazz focused whereas other members are more hiphop, R&B, pop focused, I would say after V, JK has the most range in what he listens to, he listens to a lot of songs from different places and also different genres.

I agree, Taehyung has good taste in music! I have discovered so many good songs and artists because of him. His lives are the ultimate sound trip! (he plays songs during his live) He has such a broad range of musical interest and knows so many non- mainstream songs, his playlists are like a box of chocolates…you’ll never know what you’re gonna get! This vlog is another amazing soundtrip (and road trip!) with Taetae 🙃💜 EDIT: His vlog playlist is on Spotify (along with many of his live playlists, thanks to ARMY!) Just search for “Taehyung’s Drive Vlog Playlist”

dinaa 🧘🏽

it would be also nice if you guys react to jungkook’s vlog camping as well ! it’s funny and so much fun ☺️

Chim

I think the golf was actually at his house. Correct if I’m wrong guys. It looked like the same place shown in the bts beyond the stars documentary. Also yes taehyung and his friends play golf a lot.

nina

i love this vlog so much 😭 it’s mostly tae doing nothing but driving lol there’s something so comforting about it!! he does have a wide range in music taste and i wish he would share more of his playlists!! and lastly, HAPPY NEW YEAR CCW AND PRIMOS!! 💜

AY

Love to watch this and vibe with our kind, gentle soul Kim Taehyung 💜

snehag

As much as I was waiting for you guys to react to this vlog, I was waiting for Daniel's reaction to Tae imitating the trumpet at 30:32 while playing 'Save Your Tears' .. Thank you guys.. and have a blessed year ahead..<3

Ali

One of my favorite things about Tae is how much he loves all music. I think Suga talked about how varied and broad Tae’s music taste is in their Suchwita episode. Through ig posts and lives he has introduced me to so much great music and artists outside of BTS (RM is the other member who has expanded my horizons musically). He’s really good at putting a playlist together, too. I want ya’ll to get to all the vlogs from 2022 just to see how different they each are. I love that Tae’s was just a casual drive listening to music and enjoying the weather- it’s so him. All of their vlogs fit their personalities so well. The commentary is so distinctly each of them also.

sasabs

you guys should take a look at JK's vlog too!!!

Tetebread

i canttttt with daniel’s sound effects! HAHAHAHA always so spot on!!!

Wernie Chan

Happy New Year! 💜 Not sure about that. I'm so bad when it comes to "investigating" such details. It'll be cool to have one in your own home though. However, places like that are extremely common in Seoul. And there are also very nice and private ones that are only available to top tier credit card holders of Korean banks. Even hotels. It's like a national obsession! 😍

smilehoyaaaaaa💜

Always trust Tae with the aux lmao I love this vlog cause he's so chilled and I love his goofy energy when vibing to the songs. Tae does go golfing a lot actually, he's shared pics going with his friends sometimes 💜 Happy New Year everyone! It's officially Bangtan's year🎊

Joss

oh I just saw that at the end you found a playlist hahah

Vmin95

Blog is short for weblog lol Thank you guys!! 😊

Curie Jose

Cautious Clay has a Slow Dancing Remix on the Layover album

Happy New Year CCW FAMILY 💜✨ So enjoy my Taebear week already 🥹this vlog his so cute with his music and being scared of the dentist

D

Happy new year, everyone, and thank you @CCW. When Taehyung's lives are more than 30 secs, they are pretty much this. He used to call it Taetae Radio or something like that. What I understand from lives since 2020 is he finds it difficult to just talk to Army (invisible entity), and is more comfortable with any other member/s or at least someone else with him. But he loves being with Army, so it's either sharing music he likes, or his hobbies like video games (golf here) or a super quick "Did you see the sky today?" or " I went to an after party and missed you." etc Also maybe it's just me, but in 2022 when I saw this and Jimin's vlog and especially Jungkook's vlog, I felt lonely and sad. It took me till Suga's vlog to accept that they will be doing solo activities from now on. Vlogs were anyways planned solo, but right after the dinner and till the Busan concert it felt very lonely.

Keren Metz

Happy New Year, CCW!! One of the artists on V's playlist is Paolo Sandejas, a Filipino singer. I love that Tae listens to lesser known artists and older artists so that other people can discover them. Also, Tae is a very good golfer. During PTD in Las Vegas, he even went to a local golf course here as well as Top Golf.

Londyn Aviva

I'm glad you guys watched this. I loved all their vlogs. Question: Did anyone else hear what sounded like Jungkook in the background at the restaurant and while they were playing golf? Or are my ears deceiving me? lol.. Either way, another enjoyed reaction.

Kearyce Moore

Happy New Year everybody. Tae got me on that cool kid song straight away after his vlog got uploaded, I think he and jin are only ones that have played golf a few sometimes so far

BZ

TAE is so naturally entertaining and funny! You would definitely love the other long vlogs the members did in 2022! My favourite ones apart from this one is JK’s camping vlog and Yoongi’s workshop vlog! I hope you get to watch those soon

TaeTaeBear ⁷ 💜

Yess Taehyung’s hands have its own fandom 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Happy New Year! I really enjoyed watching Tae’s vlog with ya’ll and seeing the reactions. And yes Tae is an avid golfer. He plays with his Dad every chance he gets.

TaezedNotConfused

This is a great V-log. I recommend each of the members Vlogs from this timeline- they are all a lot of fun and yet more ‘getting to know you’ content! No regerts 😜 Two thumbs up on the Vlog series!

Jungkook's wife

Please watch the rest of the members vlog

kthv_sbme

I was introduced to Troye Sivan's and other singers' music styles through Taehyung.

Keydii

Plss react to running man Taehyung as guest, its just like run bts its so fun !! 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

Naya Wood

Ioved this reaction, CCW! This vlog is so chill and comforting. Life with Tae always seems like such a vibe :)

Lavinha

I love your reactions, it's a shame that there are only English subtitles here on Patreon, I get a little lost in the comments you make 🫤. I don't know how Patreon works but if you can, put them up Subtitles in Portuguese or Spanish please, many Latin ARMYS watch you

Lizzie

My favorite part of them playing what music they're listening to on vlogs is that whatever artist it is tends to blow up with plays and streams cause Army want to dive into what they're listening to, which often leads to army checking out the other music the artist has done. This is nice in general, but it's extra nice when it's a small time artist that maybe isn't all that well known and they wake up one day to find their music streams and hits suddenly vastly larger and are wondering what is happen. I believe that happened with Talos (rip 😭) with Jeongguk using his music in GCF and it happened with this Vlog with Paolo Sandejas. I personally have discovered so much amazing music from their playlists and recommendations. 🤗

Amanda Gonzales

The word “blog” is shortened from the term “web log”.

Tashe

Loved this 🫶🏻💜✨
