Good Morning Primos!

And welcome back for an all new reaction! It's Wednesday and that means it's Beyond The Stars Ep 5, Welcome.

It's been a couple weeks since our last episode and it sure is nice to be getting back to this docuseries! When we last saw the guys the pandemic had hit and the guys were left worrying about their Army but still providing awesome entertainment however they can! But let's get back to the concerts.

Today CONCERTS ARE BACK! As you may recall we were suffering from some PCD after fitting in a little concert called Permission To Dance last week (same day in real time). 🤯 And we were left hoping to see some Behind The Scenes for one more glimpse. Today's episode does not disappoint.

One thing we know is these episodes need to be longer! See you in the comments.

I hope you watch the Busan concert that’s on Amazon Prime. A lot of the ments are edited/shortened, but the visual/audio of the livestreams of this concert were not very good. Weverse was crashing constantly and people were watching/recording from other sites. I know we all like to hear everything they have to say whenever they speak, but please prioritize video/audio quality of the performance on this one because the Amazon version is sooooo much better than any recorded livestream version.

They didn't know about the concert in Vegas yet. It was added on after the Souel concert. They were in Vegas a couple weeks because the Grammys were there so they came early for that.

CCW!! After the LA concert they ofc did the Seoul concert(March) with no cheer later after they announced Las Vegas April dates as well! Atm South Korea didn’t know whether they were going to send bts to the military they were just toying with them.!! Even at a ptd Concert interview they asked Jin about enlistment which was so cruel. With the Busan concert that’s something they knew was coming up to a certain extent . unfortunately the event organizers / government did bts dirty which then made the event happen all out of bts pockets they paid for the !! BTS did that for army. Which made their announcement of enlistment the next day even more of a slap to the face on sk government officials pretty much saying we are doing this on our own.

ALSO they knew about the upcoming enlistment, but ARMY didn't. Like we knew it could happen, but we had no firm dates! They kept that a big secret. And the Busan concert was so political - maybe the admins can give ya'll the rundown about that. So they performed Busan knowing it was the last time, but ARMY didn't know. The announcement from BigHit came a day or two after that - total shock to everyone. It hit all the media outlets everywhere and the official twitter page for The Blue House (Korea's White House) went private to prevent fans from expressing outrage lol again, have the admins fill you in on why! It's crazy how being a fan of BTS made me dive into Korean politics lol

The Busan concert was really political and their enlistment was complicated to say the least. You don't have to discuss it on screen but I hope you get a run down of it by someone on discord or editor because it's quite important context to have. It's so sad to see the kind of dread they had in their eyes about the future but things are starting to look better now. Also I hope you guys watch the Amazon prime version of the Busan concert because it deserves to be seen with good camera work, 4K quality and good sound quality which the live version does not have.

They can always watch the additional video with any missed speeches. But the camera work on the livestream version is really, really bad. And misses so many on stage moments, so I would absolutely recommend Amazon Prime version to everyone.

the busan expo concert was actually a huge government setup for bts cause tehy didnt really prepare the venue for the massive amount of crowds and bts had to pay it out of their own pockets for that concert to happen safely and also the busan officials met the parents of jimin to convince them to do some things when the bts performing in busan expo was not even confirmed by bts-the government has still not payed it back to them it was all over the korean news even in early 2025 about the mess bts has to deal with and bighit announced jin enlistment a day after the busan concert so its soo saad that just when the covid restrictions were lifting off they has to go for military but i think its a good decision on their part to not be used as a tool in politics - also the whole 2021 -2022 army knew the military thing was coming so it was bittersweet time but we didnt exactly know when till they announced jin's enlistment

I think the reason Jungkook was nervous and talking fast, and Taehyung was pushing him to say his speech, is because there was a sign in front of them that said ‘Wrap it up,’ so they panicked. Jungkook was trying to remember what he wanted to focus on, and Tae was like, ‘I didn’t practice my speech 50 times just to not give it—move on!’ 😂😂

I've been suggesting memories a lot so 100% yes. Esp. since they've mentioned before that they are interested in the behind the scenes stuff. It's such a good way to get a better look into their daily work life. Also Festas are pretty important part of BTS and they are easily accessible on YT.

yes I've been suggesting the Amazon version and got a good amount of people agreeing. I'm usually not a person that comments over and over but the live version was not good, if you compare it to other live concerts they've done it was really bad for the Busan concert. The camera work, camera quality and sound quality was so incredibly good on the Amazon version. You can find the ments on Youtube with great quality. There is one version that has really good quality and ENG sub.

I'm so proud of the Tannies and how far they've come. I always get emotional thinking about their journey and everything they've been through from the very beginning until now. They were just 7 boys who were passionate and loved music and now their art has impacted millions around the world. And because of them we've created this beautiful community of ARMYs. Some ARMYs make songs for Bangtan, others draw them, we have translator ARMYs, we have ARMYs who run the streams, we have CCW and others for the reaction channels, others make really cool edits of them while other ARMYs like Xceleste or Taylor make amazing fan-made documentaries. There's even ARMYs who create cool projects like the purple ribbon project or the White Paper project just incredible things that I've NEVER seen in any other fandom. It's a beautiful privilege to be a part of this fandom and even if you joined at the beginning or in the middle or even yesterday, you are still an ARMY and Bangtan loves and appreciates you so much.💜

PTD Los Angeles was my first BTS concert so it was such a memorable, esp. coming out of the CoVID era. And then to see them in LV, my home, a few months after....I felt so, so blessed. To me the best thing that really came out of CoVID? BTS, their super-stardom success and ARMY!! BTW, you guys found BTS & ARMY at the right time as every ARMY will attest. It's so exciting now that you'll be able to witness their epic comeback....and it's going to be really soon!!!

Loved this reaction! Your joy in watching BTS and waiting for them to come back is so infectious hahaha. I hope you 4 get to go to an OT7 concert! I wasn't ready for this episode to end either. It flew by but was also very personal. I think a lot of their struggles about their identity as a group (musically) started here, but they always stayed true to being there for their fans.

Can’t wait for you guys to react to the YET TO COME in busan concert!!!!! it’s such an amazing concert! on it was a free concert which still blows my mind! and the thing about this concert is that the members performed knowing that they were going to start enlisting 2 months after the concert but the official announcement about there enlisting hadn’t been released until after the concert so no one knew until after the concert which then explained there emotions and ments which you’ll see that everyone realized after! 🥹 anyways loved this reaction, this episode really flew by just like all of them! can’t wait for more 💜 also since i believe the next episode it’s about there swoozoo muster concerts, would you guys be reacting to those before the next episode? idk if ccw will see this but im just wondering because those swoozoo concerts are also legendary and amazing!

not to scare yall but vip for hobi ALONE was $900-1,000 for one ticket. so i cant even imagine how its going to be for bts as a whole group... back in 2017 i had front row barricade for like $250 😭 the prices just keep going up and i am terrified ! about the pressure, i genuinely dont think that will ever leave them unfortunately, even while in the military the members for sure have the pressure of coming back... every one is anticipating it (even them of course) but i know it must feel overwhelming to know that everyone is waiting for your huge return. they are the biggest group and the group that got kpop to be global. i just hope since they are alot older and mature that they know we will always support and respect their decisions. LASTLY, adding on to what other ppl are requesting, please watch the Busan concert on Amazon Prime !

Beyond in Spanish is “más allá” hahahaha Beyond the stars Is “más allá de las estrellas” 🌟 Honestly since 2020 it’s been a roller coaster for them and army Finishing a successful world tour in 2019 - when they seem to be on their peak to prepare for the next world tour and the pandemic beginning in 2020 and cancelling everything to then found new ways to stay connected to their music and army during this difficult time for everyone To release Dynamite / Butter / PTD 2020-2021 starting a new “peak” in their careers but missing what they love the most which is concerts and performing live for armys To finally be able to have a few concerts again 2021- early 2022. Wishing and wondering when could they have a world tour again On the last concert of PTD tour they announced a date (June 10th 2022) So everyone was excited and expecting a comeback because after almost 3 years things seem to be getting better and the end of the pandemic ! So what could it be?!!! Turns out it was their Festa Dinner and we armys and the whole world were hit with the Hiatus announcement. Chaos unleashed and everyone was panicking because media was treating the news as Disbanded news . It was a mess!!! (Honestly I cried during that time) But then a blessing in disguise happened…and it was the Beginning of Chapter 2 in July 2022 and the beginning of their debuts as soloists. Opening a new chapter for them to explore and learn about their individuality and the art they each want to make. Honestly it’s been a great and much needed chapter 2 for them to experience and know themselves better as artists and even motivating them to be even better because they’re learning so much . To continue on the timeline, We get to October 2022 when they do their last concert as BTS for a while…Yet To Come concert (won’t talk about it so you don’t get spoiled) But then , just 1 day after the concert, literally the next day, They Announced their Enlistment to the Military Service…once again chaos unleashed everyone cried , we knew that meant an even longer period without BTS as a group . December 2022 Jin enlisted But as they said Life Goes On …and so each member started making their solo debut. Everything was happening as they stated on their Festa Dinner video … But then another surprise for 2023 -SUGA world tour announcement!!! Is that even possible ??? Yessss and it happened and it was awesome and it was something he did for us to cope with not seeing them on concerts anymore . A lot of solo activities and releases truly kept us busy April 2023 jhope enlistment ! 😭 June 2023 the first Festa without OT7 😭 and their 10 year anniversary. It was sad that they couldn’t be together for this meaningful time -but they did go out and had dinner together all seven members . They shared a picture but it was taken after jimin and tae left , so we got an OT5 picture August 2023 SUGA D-Day The Final concerts in Seoul !!! And again literally the next day after the final concert …Suga enlistment announcement Rest of the year more solo debuts !!! Jungkook being last with Golden And the moment we were most scared of…the remaining 4 bts members enlisted on December 2023 WHAT WOULD WE DO ON 2024?! Well! A lot more happened! Pre recorded content - more solo albums ! They kept us really busy with all the content they left for us Jin discharged on June 2024 just in time for Festa !!! So we never had a festa without any of them 💜 Run Jin episodes hello??? He truly babysat us for a while THEN Jin Solo Album !! Happy finally the last member to make the solo debut Then Jhope were discharged on October 2024 !!! We were starting to see the light again, the “dark” times were over with our Moon and Sun back home 💜 🌙 ☀️ More albums more solos more more more 💜 Beginning of 2025 Jhope World Tour Announcement!!!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 My first ‘bts’ concert was Hope On The Stage !! Truly a dream come true for me . I still can’t not believe it -also it’s been a month since then ?? Times not real I swear And now Jin World Tour Announcement!!! 🥳🥳🥳 and New Solo album coming in May?!! LOVE IT And in only 2 months all members will be discharged and let’s see what the second half of this year has prepared for bts and us!! Although as for a BTS comeback as a group I expect it to be on 2026 buuuut what really is important is that this year they will be free!!!! All this to say that Yes ! Jimin is right it would take about 3 or more years for them to tour and have an ot7 concert again ! 🥺😭💜💜💜

in sk (or asian award shows) there really isn’t a time limit for speeches, esp for the main awards of the show. it’s still a big culture shock for them. the only american show i know that allows artists to give their speeches for more than a minute is grammys, but even they try to wrap things up quickly.

Guys, believe it or not, it's only 2 months away until they come back.. I honestly feel butterflies in the tummy not knowing how I would feel knowing that this phase will soon be over. That we will have them back. I am not going to expect them to create something so soon as OT7 (although I really want it) as long as we get to see them on Weverse Live, posting again on social media.. seeing them anywhere is a blessing. It's like a long-awaited hug that is finally here after 2 years.. I think I can cry the moment I see OT7 for the first time again.. it will feel surreal..

There are really insightful Bangtan bombs and interviews of how they worked on the album, including planning sessions for the entire project. I think you’ll enjoy them a lot. Borahae, CCW! 💜

You should watch the Disney+ concert if you are going to want to watch it again (even if its off camera). There are inserts of them under the stage and what they do while the VCR’s play and such. Its very fun and informative as to what goes on behind the scenes at a concert! So happy you guys feel as much love and pride for them as we do😭 cant wait for JUNE!!! We are SO CLOSE to having all 7 members back💜💜💜

I'm so grateful for concert fancams because I live in Canada and BTS don't do tour dates here, unfortunately. So I have to enjoy the concerts from the US posted on YouTube, or if BTS puts out a special showing of some of their concert footage. I love being ARMY, but I wish so much I could go see them in person in concert. So glad they have almost finished their enlistment. They're gonna need a vacation, let me tell you!!
