Hey Primos!

Last week we kicked of a new docuseries with JK I Am Still and our minds were blown, it was amazing. So today it is on to Episode 2, Via, and we are excited and ready for this. Someone (Gabriel) has been struggling to not sneak in another episode on the big screen. 🤣 But on to today's reaction.

Man we are loving these photos. Can we just keep the baby photos going? Can't believe how JK can learn a dance AND a song in a foreign language like he does! MIND BLOWN. We don't want to wait for next week to see the last episode.

i watched the movie in theatres and the series is pretty identical to the movie! the show just has a few more performances and extra scenes but other than that it’s not that much different!

SNTY was filmed in 3 locations in Hungary: in the abandoned Kelenföld power plant in Budapest (wing and suit scenes), in an old aluminum factory (theater scenes) and on a Formula 1 race track (the opening scenes in the tunnel).

"Still With You" is actually not a new song. He wrote the song and produced it himself for Army. He released it in 2020 for free on Sound Cloud so it is pretty well known , that's why he was enjoying Army singing it.😊

What about the game show Taehyung had for his album release Vicnic ? Jinnys kitchen is also a good pick but time wise I think it’s more efficient to see Vicnic first before that long series, I want them to do both when they can but Vicnic first preferably for time

Ms. Lea Salonga, the voice of Mulan and Jasmin of Disney, posted this after she watched, JungKook's movie: It was a ladies night out to watch the new Jung Kook documentary I AM STILL. I had no idea what to expect beyond that it would be a chronicling of this young man’s yearlong journey in the making of his solo album GOLDEN. What I ended up getting out of it was so much more than just a documentation of what happened. I’ll try to not spoil anything for fans that have yet to see the film. I came away with a deeper love and more profound respect for Jung Kook. Although I was already acutely aware of his prodigious gifts as the main vocalist and one of the main dancers of the K-pop phenomenon BTS, once all the members announced solo projects, I had a feeling his would be something fabulous. And it didn’t disappoint. GOLDEN is a wonderful pop album which showcases all facets of his voice. What the documentary shows isn’t just, “he did this, worked with this person, traveled to such and such to film so and so.” It goes deeper than that. We see the honesty in his emotions, be it elation or frustration… the worry (bordering on anxiety) as he prepares for those initial solo performances… his ambitions and desires of the outcomes. We see the people around him and how they are affected by his presence and kindness. And we see just how hard he works in order to get everything exactly right. This is a great film to watch for anyone that has contemplated a career in the arts (as someone still active in this industry, I had to hold myself back from yelling “Yes that’s exactly right, you’re right” at the screen a few times), and wants to see exactly what it’ll take to gain some measure of success. It’s laid out quite clearly: hard work, perseverance, dedication, persistence, determination, discipline, vision, and undeniable, unstoppable talent. His voice (a cappella without enhancements) is crystal clear. Intonation is impeccable that it’ll elicit a “wow” from anyone within earshot. The dancing is never out of sync with the dancers behind him. Jung Kook is without a doubt a global pop superstar. That he is Asian makes me extremely proud, that despite the obstacles that faced him and the other members of BTS, here they are. And here he is. There is nothing still (as in static or unmoving) about I AM STILL. He will still be succeeding… still going… still singing… still representing anyone and everyone that looks like him… still proving detractors wrong… still slapping the haters across the face… still being who he is. Go watch it.

Oh guys ! Still With You was a solo song Jungkook released back in 2020 so at the time of that showcase when he sang it, it wasn’t new just a few years old, it’s super iconic !! Love it, thanks for the reactions guys, we deeply appreciate the time and effort you put into your content 💜, I absolutely cannot wait until Map of The Song I’ve been waiting for it ahhhh it’s so funny I can’t wait 😭😭😭

Still With You was not a new song at this point. He released it in a Festa, not sure what year, but it was a pandemic message for sure. That's why the audience knew it so well. It's probably why he was touched as well, because it was written for ARMY.

I thought you guys reacted to or heard Still With You already or am I confused lol🤔😂 it was released 2020. I think Namjoon and Jungkook were speaking about the lyrics while they were driving to the house in Ep 1 of In The Soop season 1 if I'm not mistaken.

I wish it was more than 3 episodes, too!! Fortunately we have hours upon hours of Weverse and vlives where Jung Kook comes to play with us and sing for us. He’s truly a born star but that he works so hard for it makes me love and respect him even more.

I honestly didn't think that I could love Jungkook anymore than I already do, but after watching this docu series - it was just multiplied to infinity and beyond. He really works so hard and even when he is sick & tired without letting us know that. Came back after watching: I think it's so special that JK chose dancers that he looked up to when he was younger and he knows the skill level they are at and what they can execute. If you know anything about dance, especially in LA, you know Brian Puspos and Ian Eastwood and how iconic that duo is. They danced together for so many years and then went separate and have done incredible things on their own but to see them dancing for the first time in YEARS together with Jungkook during his promotions was something so cool for me as a fan. My two worlds collided and I was so happy. We've seen the dance line show their appreciation for Ian and Brian and even 3J doing some of Brian's choreo for muster I think back in 2017. And Brian is an ARMY lol his bias was Jimin before working with JK cause he choreographed Serendipity and Butterfly actually. I think working with JK now, he might have a bias wrecker 😂💜 All this to say, I love how JK always brings the best people for the job because he cares about his art and he wants high quality performances. I love the mutual respect because dancers have shared so many horror stories from working with different artists even top artists we all know and love but their teams don't respect the dancers let alone care about their safety so it's so special to see such a great relationship between them. Every dancer I follow that has worked with Bangtan has shared how great of an experience it is to work with them so that's really cool.💜

I think the theater scenes in Budapest was filmed on a soundstage. Hungary is a place where a lot of movie/show productions take place. So it makes sense from that perspective why they might have chosen to film in Budapest.

Not sure this is something you’d want to note on this or not but David Stewart co-wrote and produced Dynamite so he had the relationship with them from that and when he referenced ‘billion streams’ he was talking about Seven. It seems that once the whole world took notice of the guys they realized that they are amazing to work with bc they have it all!

Still with you lore is something everyone should know this song came on festa 2020 when covid was at its highest and everything was soo uncertain and to have a song about missing and yearning song co-produced by jk with the lyrics acc to koren peeps was smthn written very poetically ina very polite language since korea has two kinds of way of speaking ,one how to speak to older people and another type is how you speak with your friends and the way this song lyrics were written shows how much he respects army
