Good Morning CCW PRIMOS!!

By looking through the comments, it became obvious vert soon what the most popular suggestion was:

Epiphany

So instead of doing a follow up poll to ask which version of the winning song we should react to, we're gonna go ahead and jump right to it!

disclaimer: Since the stage mix version does not have close captioning we won’t be reacting to that one this time around.

These are 3 live versions we’ll be choosing from:

1. https://youtu.be/IKqtyJReVVk - Bang TanS

2. https://youtu.be/o0P6ZBbgBDk - BTSLIVESUBS

3. https://youtu.be/YLIW_PZioe4 - BTSLIVESUBS

NOTE: YOU CAN CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE OPTION

Personality Poll coming soon!!

Comments

ria

Will you guys be checking out the epiphany music video?

sara

I think it’s better if they don’t because it doesn’t include the full song

Katherine Demers

yes watch the mv first!! it's beautiful, i tear up everytime

Katherine Demers

they should watch the mv just bc of the visual and then the live version for the full length song

Rachel Mint ⁷

Please whatever the option add Supertuna at the end! It's really sort and it compliments Jin personality and music in 1 minute LOL

Jzone

I actually think they should. They can see the difference between the two and also give some context to the live shows. If you don't know the MV, the live show is just a "cool effect"

Alex Yeezus

purple hair jin was a cultural reset so option 1

Grequy Zuniga

Hope you do #1! Live version of the song is a 100 times better than MV

Sunny Young

They are all very good. I think his vocals are better in option 2. He was very good in 3 as well, but it was in Wembley, and they had in-ear issues, plus ( a guess) NERVES! also they had two back to back almost 3 hr. concerts at Wembley, did a remarkable job and about collapsed doing it. ( See movie footage, I forget which one... (ARMY which movie covers Wembley)

cam c

I'm really so so excited you guys are reacting to this! Epiphany is the song that made me Army 🤍 BTS found me when I was in a really dark place a few years ago, and I heard the live stage of Epiphany (option 1 here actually) and the live stage of Answer: Love Myself (another Army song) back to back. Immediately turned me Army and I never looked back haha. This song is so so special to me, I even have lyrics from the demo version tattooed in my mom's handwriting. I hope you guys enjoy it and understand why Seokjin is called the silver voice of SK 🤍

cam c

also purple jin is simply iconic

Tarnnum

Super Tuna is must guys!!! It's really short 1 min and few seconds ig... You can add that as a bonus clip... Jin's aura truly shined there 🤭😂

Darlene Dato-on

Option 1 has better vid and sound quality. BUT please listen to Super Tuna after this. It's a very short song he wrote for his brother to try to get closer to him and it showcases his personality. Took him 2 hrs to make this song he said. It went viral that Jin had to beg people to stop doing the challenge. LOL!

OnaNikki

I really can’t decide!! They are all amazing!! 💜💜💜

Cycology SPIN and MORE

Please add at end for bonus!!!!! It’s super short and Jin’s passion! It’s a MUST

Cycology SPIN and MORE

Hardest decision EVER! Just wanna note that right after this the other 3 of the vocal line appear and they do The Truth Untold One of my favorites! Oh I’m so excited for Jin week! Love y’all and THANK you!!!!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Mariah

Version 2 has the more accurate lyric translation I believe and the sound is better in that video as well.

CC

Why did so many people choose option one? There are really big grammar mistakes in the lyric translation, and some lines aren’t translated at all… please do either 2 or 3 instead 🙏

I'm so excited for you guys to react to this!!! This song is so very special to me, I've been in a really bad place for years now due to past DV but slowly digging my way out and this song just unlocked something in me that I've been missing for a long time. Really helped me understand that I need to love myself, and thru that hopefully be a good example for my kids. Forever grateful for BTS 💜

Lisa

Personally, I would do them in the order that he recorded/performed them. Awake, Epiphany, Moon, Abyss. You will see the progression that he has made over the years that way.

Lisa

And then Super Tuna for the fun factor.

Joy

Because of his iconic purple hair, it’s outdoor and during the day. I see option 1 as the most recommended and reacted to video as well from other reactors. So personally I prefer a different performance for a change.

Bangtan Insfired

first cause the audience isn't screaming over him like the rest which aren't filtered

Bangtan Insfired

i wish you guys could watch moments from his last birthday. it was really something:( armys surprised him at concert with project. his birthday live was everything, he released Super Tuna and we listened and laughed. I'll really miss him

Afirah Shaikh

I personally like his outfit a lot (ofcourse the iconic hair) in option 1 and it has been my favorite live forever BUT I voted for option 2 here because I also don't like the captions in 1

Afirah Shaikh

tbh I don't care which live performance you react to because Jin's vocals in Epiphany are always heavenly and all the options are incredible BUT I think the captions and stage is better in option 2 so I voted only for that reason. Everyone is voting for purple haired Jin in option 1 and you should know that It's iconic <3

fransi kaye

Perhaps they can read the Doolset lyrics AFTER watching the video. The lyrics hit harder when watching/hearing him sing

Jas

The second is magical 🤌🏼

Joy

Please watch all 3 and react to one 😁. There are way too many to react to that you probably will not revisit the other live performance of this song to react to.

Jas

The third Army are so lovely and their energy is amazing. I can’t choose my favorite 😢.

fransi kaye

The Truth Untold. OMG. One of my primary 'on repeat' songs!!💜💜💜

Joy

Hahaha, I kinda did the opposite. I watched all 3 are making my comment. While the caption is better in 2, I thought the audio “quality” is better in option 1. At least it sounds louder and clearer. Plus his cry vocal at the end just sounded more powerful to me in Opt 1 than 2. Besides, Daniel and Gabriel don’t really read the lyrics 😉😂. Someday I would love to have an extra content of Summer and Abby doing in depth dive into BTS’ lyrics. Then maybe the guys can do one on the music composition and sound.

Vivian Charleston

I wish you could actually view 2 videos. The 1st is daytime at Wimberly (I believe) so you don't get the full effect of the absolutely gorgeous production, but you you can hear him more clearly. The production for the 2nd is just beautiful and you can get more deeply immersed in the song but his voice is not quite as clear. All of Jin's solos are stunning. Are you doing a 2nd song? You can't go wrong with any of them, actually, but Awake (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29R6OhyiDWQ) just touches my soul.

Anika Sayara

Awake is great! Hope you react to it too!

Nessbts10813

Whichever one will be fine with me. All is enjoyable to me.

VoidOf_V

Hey guys, I voted for Option one! It's the best live performance for Ephipany 💜 Just wanna ask thou, did u know JHOPE performed in Mnet Asian Music Awards or MAMA 2 days ago? Pls react to that. He performed 3 songs there, MORE, ARSON & FUTURE. It's really great!!! Thank u for loviy BTS. BORAHAE 💜💜💜

strawbebby

votes for 1st & 3rd! 💜💜💜

newbie

You guys should also listen to Jin's Epiphany demo ver.

Mayra Garcia

All are good but Option 2 & 3 look beautiful since it was at night time

Nessa

So tough to choose! I personally love hearing Army singing along with him during the 3rd option (wembley). It always brings me to near tears when Army sings along with Jin. Have a great weekend!

Sheri Gould

So hard to choose! Wembley is an awesome venue. Thx so much for loving our guys! I really look forward to your reactions. Have a great weekend!

Lorena Walker

I was going to suggest this too. I love that song.

Lauren Miatke

I believe Moon and Awake don't get enough love. I hope you get to them eventually.

Leidy Sanchez V

Option 2, please. The captions are better and the stage is beautiful. Jin always delivers. People are voting option 1 mostly because of purple hair and the nice outfit. I think you already saw purple haired Jin in dimple + pied piper reaction. You can always check the other videos after anyway. 💜💜💜

Kezo

I would also love if you would react to Awake. This is also a great song with great performance

Chris Augustine

I personally love the stage mix version but it is not on the poll

Ashleyder

I personally recommend you react to a lyric video with the studio version first and then watch one of the live performances.

ellesdope

Option 2 because the captions are way better.

grt

Option 3 is awesome because you can hear Army singing with him on one of the verses. Although Option 1 is the most popular, the translation is not the best but I feel like it is the strongest performance. I love it when he raises his eyebrows as he sings, it's really cute. Option 2 doesn't show him on camera when he performs the most emotional part of the song. Thank you for letting me share my opinion.

LoveOT7

I feel like audio is best in option 1 and shows him the most but stage is more beautiful in option 2 since it's night time. You should also watch this little tiny clip of Army singing with Jin. https://youtu.be/HWlH-ajC1Xg

Stacey.briggs

Option 3, the quality of the video is better than #2 & lyrics are translated properly, where #1 is not, plus the video quality is also as good as option #1, it’s an epic stage to perform on ( Wembley ) so #3 has it all, it’s at night, it’s Wembley, great video quality, correct translation of lyrics, and Jin has purple hair and gorgeous outfit

00_watcher_00

I love Epiphany but 'Abyss' and 'Tonight' hold a special place in my heart.

dawn

This is so hard. I am thinking go with his first solo from Wings. Maybe work your way up. Also, since you are doing a Jin week, consider one of his VLive's or VLive compilations. One of my favorite's is his birthday VLive from last year in which he promoted Super Tuna.

Dana

Hi. There is this one video that compiles all Jin’s songs and it explains all of his songs. It’s a new upload for his birthday. I think you should also want to see this to get a glimpse of his solo works. Jin’s Artistry (Be my Jinnie Channel) https://youtu.be/7nt8oYrVO_g

RyRy

thanks for sharing this, i just watched it and I fully agree how this is such a great video that captures his journey and growth as an artist <3

SRK

I hope you guys watch Epiphany MV and Euphoria MV too, idk whether you avoided them cuz they are part of BU though.

Moon

In order for you to understand Epipany MV. you need to know the BTS Universe. Because Epipany is the end and answer to BU and Love yourself. Jin is very important in the BU. This is the BU order. I need you On stage prologue:Butterfly Run Epilogue : Young Forever Wings shorts teaser: Begin, Lie, Stigma, First love, Reflection, Mama, Awake Euporia Love yourself highligte reel Fake Love Ephipany The beginning of the process to reach the conclusion, Love Yourself and Map of the Soul, is BU. BU is their beginning, message, and root, so I recommend you to watch the video in order someday. They're hiding a lot of implications in the video.

Sunny Young

this is right, but is very time consuming, I watch explanation videos.

Taunchell

House of cards is one of my favorites on my Playlist the vocal line is insane!!!!
