Hi CCW Primos y Primas!

We are finally getting ready to launch our Discord!! 

For those who are unfamiliar with discord, it's essentially a place where everyone here can interact with us and with each other.  Essentially a large chat room 😊

We've been working with one of our awesome Patrons (Juli) in getting everything set up. There are multiple channels (chat rooms) for different categories. It'll be a place where we can have open discussions about anything and everything!

The Plan will be to do a "Soft Launch". So we are looking for 50 beta users who would like to join our Discord for a trial run. Help us work out any kinks that may be left over, or recommend improvements. It'll go for a short period of time and we'll eventually open it up to everyone else. 

How are we choosing the 50??

Tomorrow at 9am CST (about 15 1/2 hours from now) we will be posting Juli's discord ID. Just send her a direct message and she'll get the first 50 people added to our discord server.

Sounds exciting, I like discord! Any updates about new tiers? The last update you posted about it was on November 16. No rush tho! You must be working hard to make sure everything is perfect :)

This is such a great idea! I use discord quite often in the gaming community and it's so nice to meet people with similar interests! Will it be open for your YouTube subscribers too guys?

Hi Crystal!! Has it been that long?! 😅. This has definitely been a work in progress. But for a tiny update - We’ve gone back and forth on the logistics and are finally narrowing down how we would like to approach it. We’ll give a proper update in a community post soon once we know exactly how we are going to handle it. And we’ll also explain our reasoning for the delay in that post 😊

I’m not new to discord. I’m on several and see the pitfalls of many of them. Moderators make a huge difference in the success of a discord. And there is a fine line between being a discord Nazi and complete mayhem. Too many chat channels is confusing, but some specifically chosen chats to satisfy everyone’s needs is necessary. Like, I will always gravitate to a chat specifically for BTS. Not a combined chat for all K-pop, or music, etc. I’m not sure you would want me for the soft open. I’m not very PC. But I do look forward to joining in!! And I’m very happy to know you will still be active on Patreon!

This is exciting! I created a discord server for a group of army friends from twt. We have a little over 50 people on there. We can have group audio/video chats and just talk about goings-on in the BTS/ARMY world. It’s a great place to build a community with tons of tools and bots. Excited for this new phase with you guys!

I have NO idea what a discord is... can someone explain, or maybe I can google it? also, in any computer info please keep in mind, I'm 68 yrs old and not very good at this stuff.

The best way to explain is it's a chat room. You can do a voice chat or type what you want to say like on Patreon. There are different communities you can interact with on there, I would suggest googling that part at the very least, so you know how to join CCW's or other communities you wish to join.
