Good Morning VIP Primos!

Welcome back for Episode 8 of BV. Hard to believe we made it to the S2 finale already! 😱 We've really enjoyed Hawaii!

We hope you have your tissues ready as we say goodbye and reminisce. Finales are always EMOTIONAL but the band members writing notes to one another had us. 😭

This is such a good finale!! So excited to watch

mada

Oh my god sooo excited 😭😭

Scarle Matos

This is such a good episode Tae’s latter had be sobbing 😭

Flora

Haha. Jungkook technically wasn't wrong by translating to 'clean'...the term meaning 'wrap up' can also mean 'tidy up' or 'tie things up'...he just took the literal meaning and the English equivalent of that. Oh, and Taehyung saying he's Klimt was not a mistake either. Remember when he said he was Van Gogh? He's been calling himself by the names of different artists...Klimt is one of them and so is Renoir. 😅

VALERIE MORAN

Omg PLEASE vlog from Hawaii guys!

gagan

stop not the letters ill cry they're so precious :((

Hachiro

Can't wait for season 3/4 it's getting better and better especially the video quality

atin

Enjoy your trip for Abby and Gabriel~ actually, I envy their friendship, but it takes time and efforts to build and maintain that kind of bond, so I really appreciate all of them for being together.

Criza ♥

Now that you've seen how precious Taehyung and Jimin's friendship is, I think it's time for you to react to “Friends”. It's a song written by Jimin and they both sang it together. It's a wonderful and heartfelt song talking about their friendship.

✨

yesss, i remember them liking the snippet of friends in the suchwita ep they watched. I hope they react to it soon, im sure they'll love it.

Santarrah

All their wishes here came true..🥳 RM and Suga's BB Social Artist win not just once but 5x) Jhope's wish for another daesang not just back to back but from 2016 'til 2022. JK's album making from A-Z wish came true when they released BE album where they were involved from styling, scheduling songs and all he was even MV director 💜 V's hometown tour might have happen as they have shared stories of them going to each other's place already (plus he mentioned of wishing this as not being filmed) Jin and Jimin's wish for everyone happiness and being together. From this BV season up until today (airing of suchwita episode with jhope) they always see themselves together. Despite their team break and them doing all their solo stuffs.. BTS being together for the next 10-20- even 50 yrs is still what they aim and want to be. That makes it more exciting and worth the wait of how 2025 will be.. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 (This will be my 3 revisit of BV2 and twas still really fun watching it ..plus your reactiona make it more fun to watch.. CCW you nice, keep going ~ 😉😁🤗💜

J.N

I’m dying with how you guys are copying jhope’s arm thingy 😂💀💀

D Naik

next in the soop season 1 lets go😍

APOBANGPO7

I can’t wait for you guys to jump right into season 3!! It’s so fun! Although my favorite is season 4 💜

Makayla Vante

its not in the soop that they're doing next, its Burn The Stage! they posted it on one of their recent community updates :) (remember they're going in chronological order too)

Dhanya

BTS has gone on to win "BILLBOARD SOCIAL ARTIST" award for not just once but for 5 consecutive years.. They are the first & most awarded K-Pop artist on Billboard ever.

Laurab.7

Loved this! When yoongi says he wishes he had a friend on the team he means a fellow 93’ so when tae says things like Jimin is my only friend he means his age as age is an important factor in South Korea because of their use of honorifics and such. So yoongi isn’t saying he isn’t friends with the guys but Jimin and tae and namjoon and Hobi are “friends” as they are the same age and he wishes he had that, just wanted to clear that up cause it used to confuse me a lot haha 😄

Randi

awwww it was nice to watch this episode with u guys and enjoy how sweet their letters to each other were.

SNeang H.

I just can’t wait for you guys to get a chance to react to VMIN moments. The love and care they have for each other 🥰

korgi

give us a mini hawaii vlog if you can abby and gabriel lol, i'd love to see some of the stuff you do, if you can't/don't want to vlog, pictures will be fine too lol. i'm excited for y'all!!

Zoe Bees_V

Tae’s letter to Jimin make me cry everytime. 😭

Jessica

Gosh I can't wait for your reaction to bv season 3 it's so good

Unamused

I’m with Gabriel about Australia! Every time someone mentions visiting I’m like good luck with that, send a postcard 🫡 too many critters indeed. A lot of army say season 4 is their fav & while I love it I’m more partial to season 3! The vibes are immaculate, can’t wait till you get there! Love the reaction as always 💜

mariiajd2 .

mannn I can't wait for you to see the next season are my favorite In Malta 💜💜💜

AnyTime NamJooning

It's hard to imagine the bond they built between each other. Even after years of documentaries, tv shows interviews etc. I'm not sure I'll ever get to feel this feeling, a bond even stronger because of the struggles they've been through and the immense extra-ordinary fame that came with it.

Wendy Vogel

Daniel, at the 27:04 marker, (listening to the song in the backgound) you mentioned it sounded like they were saying 1, 2, 3, yes, they were playing "2! 3!" the first official "fan song" for ARMY, it carries a deep meaning for BTS and ARMY. It looks back on hardships the group and their fans gone through in the past, while it's encouraging message tells fans, "It's alright, when I say 'one two three.' Erase all the sad memories. Hold my hand and smile," and Still, I hope that there will be good days ahead. If you believe what I say, one two three. ON ANOTHER NOTE: that was the most chaotic ending to your reaction ever....hahahahahaha, and I loved it... Bon Voyage

Leidy Sanchez V

I can't wait for season 3. It's my favourite one.

Purplekitchie

I cry every time I watch this episode

Velle

I can't wait for season 3!! It's by far my favorite trip of theirs

RachyOT7

SAME AGE friends are special in Korea. Because the belief is, the person has been through everything at the same age as you, so same age, friends are supposed to be more special. Soulmates is the other term for it. There is only three months between Yoongi and Jin but it puts them in different years so they are not “same age” friends. Namjoon and Hobi, Jimin and Taehyung are both same age friends.

Carmela

They achieved each and every wish they had. They opened a new chapter or history rather to K-pop.

Dorry

💜

Dasia

I got goosebumps. They literally did every single thing they wished for while on that cruise. Billboard Top Social for what, 4-5 years in a row. The Daesangs in a row.. THEY HAVE 70!!!! in total and maybe even more now... Billboard Top 200, Top 100.... They produced the BE album from top to bottom like Kookie mentioned.. ugh I never get tired of their story.

Lindy

It's super amazing to know that ALL, I mean ALL of their wishes regarding their career CAME TRUE! and I'm sure their long term wish of staying together in their 30s, 40s and even 50s will come true too.. In Korea the term “friend” is reserved for people born in the same year. That doesn’t mean you can’t be close with someone older, but it just means you wouldn’t call them “friend.” You would refer to them as older brother or older sister. The funny thing is Jin and Suga are only 3 months apart but Suga calls Jin “hyung” because of their birth years. (1992, 1993) But RM and J-Hope are considered “friends” even though they’re 7 months apart because they are both born in 1994. I don't know if I was able to explain, maybe a korean patron can correct me if I'm wrong.

Lindy

In fact, V and Jimin have a special bond... Jimin wrote and produced song "FRIENDS" he portrayed their friendship and the real incidents which took place between them( dumpling one and jiminshii's pinky finger )💜 !🙂 Please if you want react "Vmin moments i think about a lot " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGSQ5tWAQBk&t=2s

Lane. L.

I love this! It's my favorite episode in all of BV. Their letters to each other is so heartwarming. During this time, they feel the cringe and all. After, they got better with it. That's one of my reasons why I live BTS so much. It's their special bond. They are indeed a family now. Hope to see BV S3 soon! 🤗💜

KumiKo

For me this is the best finale for Bon Voyage. Countless times watching but still gets me every time. You can sense how truly grateful they are for each other and how much love they have for everyone. And goosebumps how all the dreams they declared out loud came true! The power of manifestation! (plus hard work and unquestionable talent, of course!). That rainbow was the sign of magic! Love your reaction and can't wait to join you guys again for Season 3!

IDEA Girl

Dasia is right. They won. And they kept winning and winning. All their winning wishes came true. So no need to edit this video. And they did produce a whole album together from A to Z. "BE" was created during the pandemic and they literally designed it all. The cover, the promo pics, the song choices, and JK directed the MV of "Life Goes On". They created everything by themselves. So JK's dream came true. So it's amazing to hear their thoughts from way back then. They all just wanted to grow old together. They were bonded together better than Super Glue. And they are still bonded. Their goal is to really get back together after their military service. They all have said this...they have enjoyed their solo work. But it feels so weird to be apart. Back to Suga's comment about how he wished he had a friend in the group. In his interview with Jin...which is a MUST Watch, you will see how Suga thinks now. If I had one wish that I really want to come true. I want to be in the audience the night of their first come back together concert. Many will cry that night including me. Being a theatre person and creative type I have imagined how I would direct the scene and stage for their comeback. Do you know the song "Bring Him Home" from "Les Miserable"? I would have that song playing. It is about bringing soldiers back from war. And there would be 7 windows that would slowly open up to pictures of ""the boys" in their uniform. In order of them returning and "Being brought back home" in context of the lyrics of the song. Then when the song was over they would walk through the screen and be in formation as Jin as the Corporal (Jin just recently did make Corporal) would March them to the front of the stage. And then salute the Army and all the crowd. And then a surprise for them. We would sing "Young Forever" as a tribute to them. Tears lots of tears!

VMIN hugging moments. 💜💜

BangtanTV

It was such a nostalgic moment for me. I cried so ugly lol

Bells

So everyone. Manifestation is real, Yoongi is proof of that. Write your wishes, believe in them, and watch them unfold with time! My law of attraction kings

I loved this episode their friendships and bonds are so beautiful. I think the more you get to ‘now them the more you will see their different relationships. It is always said that JK joined because of RM and stayed because of Jin. When he wanted to leave because he was homesick, Jin took him home and his parents and Jin took him out and about around Seoul and to restaurants and so he stayed, that is why they have such a close bond. I think Jin, Jimin and J Hope are the carers of the group and look after the others emotionally and RM and Suga often are the ones they turn to for advice. What a wonderful blended group of men who have grown to love each other like family. Season 3 is wonderful and I really love season 4 as well. I think ‘In the Soop’ one and two are also so good to watch especially Jin and Suga’s cooking! Enjoy the journey along with their journeys! 💜💜💜💜

Betty Suwan

Guys this episode is literally my favourite out of all of season 2 BV. LOVED all your reactions! You guys really should watch V and Jimin subunit interview it really shows you a deeper insight of their friendship roughly 13 minutes long: https://youtu.be/E9Un7WD-yJM well worth to fit this in somewhere amongst your schedule if at all possible to :) 💜

Inna

The song dool set or 2! 3! Is a song from the wings album. From what I understood, it was the first song BTS dedicated to ARMY. It was written by Written by RM, j-hope, SUGA, Slow Rabbit, Pdogg and “Hitman” Bang. I think I've commented once that the song has a really special place in ARMYs heart, video I would like to recommend for you to watch is 2! 3! Purple ocean project for their 3rd Muster. You'll love it!

purpleOT7

Can you watch FESTA from 2014-2022.. it’s really fun. and very informative about them. please. please give time for this at least once a month. hehehe

earlene torres

Guys, this was the best episode and most emotional one for me, especially the letters. I'm like Abby - I teared up at every one of their letter reading 🤧. BTS has shown me that even males do have a deep and vulnerable side to them. They just don't express it verbally, but when they write it down, they can profoundly get their point across that touches the hearts of both the receiver and the audience. Growing up with my five brothers in the household, now I think back of what their minds and hearts carry in their experiences, but kept it within. I have a deep respect for BTS giving us that insight to appreciate even the silence inside all of us. 💜🫰

Dana

Same. I feel like it’s good that they watch these from the start cause there’s more information about them in festa dinners.

Amanda Gonzales

Tae is using the names of famous artists. Renoir is for Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Klimt is for Gustav Klimt.

Anj_HOTS🥰

Watching this after Suchwita with Hobi, seeing their reaction on the video of their history and hearing from Suga and Hobi on Suchwita how they were asked to move out of the dorm because the company run out of money, their ups and down being under a struggling company yet they stuck it out together, can't help but really admire the bond and dedication of these guys, really knowing what they want at a young age, winning over hardships in the pursuit of their dreams. BTS really is amazingly inspiring

What other group has sat down and written letters to reach other about their feelings? And then shared the letters with us? No one else in the world. Only BTS! That's why they are so special. They are real human beings with real emotions being vulnerable to the whole world. Oh, for the rest of the world to be like BTS!

If you read "Beyond the Story" you will find out the exact reason why they were facing bankruptcy. And you will find out so much more that none of us knew. The book is expensive. I got on Google to find the price and found an audible version on Google Play for only $14.95. It's a good option if you don't have lots of cash laying around....like me.

Amanda Gonzales

Yep I know that. I’m explaining for them because they were thinking those names were made up but they are actually names of famous painters from the past and Tae knew who they were.

Lisa M T

I am very excited for BV season 3. It is my favorite season of BV.

Lisa M T

They already have the list on Discord.

Lisa M T

They may want some private time.

Annette

And for Daniel and Gabriel who are Marvel fans, this song "Friends" came out in the movie The Eternals. I believe the director of the movie is Army and her bias is Jimin.

Francislene Oliveira

I really like your videos and seeing how you are gradually becoming an army, but it bothers me that in some reactions you talk a lot, while the video is playing and you don't pay attention to it. It's annoying when you want to show someone a video and they keep talking without paying attention.

Armystic

Not jungkook taking off his earring to use the pen to write with 😂

Armystic

Same!!!! So excited!!! So many fun things

Armystic

You mean as I watched hobi on suchwita with tears dropping from my eyes most of the video bc I just miss hobi .. but mostly miss seeing them all together just chatting, eating , drinking… so it was so nice to have that episode.. even if it was through tears lol

Armystic

And jungkooks cooking during “in the soop 2.” I was always kinda caught off guard by how like even when he was younger.. jk commented on noticing RMs struggles, yoongis struggles, hobis struggles…. And the members talking about how jungkook was always making cute and funny videos that he would send to them when they were having a hard time just so he could make them laugh.. bc being the youngest in their culture.. it’s not standard for the youngest to take care of everyone.. so he just did those things for them and that was why… or when jimin and tae both talked about how they felt at times jungkook was more a hyung to them than they were bc they would always go talk to him if they had stuff on their mind… and he would listen and chat it out with them… kinda as he got older… or when yoongi told everyone at festa that jungkook had grown to be one of the most mature of them who has the biggest heart… but bc he was younger.. they just assumed he didn’t have those complex emotions or thoughts… and that it was them that had to grow to understand a heart like JKs… bc he was their baby brother…. I think army tend to miss a lot that jungkook does just to support his hyungs and be there for them as he grew up from the young boy he used to be. It’s really special when you think about it. Like when jimin said that getting affectionate words from their maknae was totally different from the others just bc he’s their baby brother.. so him having those words for them just hit different… probably bc showed him growing up. I love every bond… but there’s just something special with all their bonds with JK bc he’s everyone’s baby brother that was like a preteen when he met some of them lol a kid in middle school… they’ve all just got such heart eyes when he does something showing he’s grown up…. I kinda feel the same way about bonds with Jin… maybe bc he’s everybody’s big brother… same kinda vibe.. and Jin definitely always there for his little brothers and knows exactly what to do to make them giggle.. or cheer up. So many complex dynamics in this group.. and each bond is really special.. their genuine loving bond makes them unique imo these days.. true love and support.. no ego , they should be studied by anybody looking for the perfect teamwork… it’s wild how well they work together… and so beautiful to see… I love them so much.. I miss seeing them together.

Armystic

Can’t wait for season 3. Did someone say they’re watching burn the stage first ? Before bv3?

Melissa Barnes

On alot of episodes of Suchwita, Suga always says how he wants to be with BTS until they're in their 50's and beyond. It struck me as odd at first because I've never thought of him as the sentimental type but watching this again with you guys, I got to see him say it then (I'd totally forgotten about it) and it really doesn't seem that odd now. He has said it right along. I love the relationships they have with each other! Each one is a little different and special in its own way. Season 3 is really good as well. So, I'm ready to watch when you are!!!

Rae Avilez

Gabriel saying "we'll be here for that" when BTS is in their 50's are goals!!!!! I still can't get over how all of their dreams at the end of the cruise has come true for the group! It's still so astonishing to me! And I love it for them. Looking forward to whatever you guys do next!!!

Megan

All of those goals that they mentioned? They achieved all of them. This was filmed just a few months before they went to the Billboard awards where they were nominated, so those clips really were a prophecy, because they won. The song you guys loved where there were saying "1, 2, 3" and at the end, is called "2!3!". It's from the Wings album and was the very first fan song that BTS wrote. "2!3!" is a very special song for BTS and Army. It was written during the time when BTS and Army were getting a lot of hate, and it's such a comforting song. One time when they performed it, before the Army Bombs had the ability to change color and were only white, Army surprised BTS be covering their lights with purple bags to make a purple ocean while they performed "2!3!". That was the concert where "Borahae" or "I purple you" came to be. I can't wait for you guys to do a review of it. It's so beautiful. You guys are so cute. I loved the "Bon Voyage" at the end. I love you guys. Thank you for always making me smile with your reactions. I look forward to the behind the scenes for 7 and 8!!!

Prisha Rai

By the way! When they say the word "friend" (chingu) it actually means person who is the same age as you. So in Korea when you say someone is your friend, you're basically telling someone that they are the same age as you. This is because you can only speak informally to people who are the same age or younger.

Chiii<3

You’re being too harsh, them talking just shows they’re excited about what they’re watching

Jacqueline

Finally catching up on all your videos! LOL the "can you feel my heartbeat?" part is actually the song of another second generation k-pop group called 2PM (check them out so good! they've been around for 15 years!)

Elainie

Oh heeyyy, I live on O’ahu ! Aloha lol

Niniglu

There's still a lot to watch: American Hustle Life, BTS gayo, summer package, winter package, season's greattings bt21... BTS it's really a world 💜

Redg C.

cant backread so far to see if this has been said: but tae said klimt like the artist klimt haha

Méra

Let people be. They have things to say and they notice a lot of stuff, and it actually shows that they are genuinely interested and enjoy what they’re watching , it’s not the end of the world

TheEmpurpler⁷

The Korean hierarchy & age in their society is very particular in a way that might be difficult to understand by some non-Koreans. Suga actually mentioned how he & Jin are born only 3 months apart (bc Jin's birthday is so late in the year & Suga's birthday is earlier in the year), and on the contrast, RM & J-hope are 7 months apart. So, technically time-wise RM & J-hope are further apart in age while Suga & Jin are closer in age. However, in Korean society Jin is Suga's HYUNG just by Jin being born in 1992 & Suga being born in 1993 while RM & J-hope are "FRIENDS" by Korean definition bc they're born the same year 1994. So Jimin & V being born the same year 1995 makes them "friends" as well. It's interesting how Suga shared he is a bit envious bc there isn't another "friend" his age in the group. Jin, Suga, & JK do not have someone "in their age" (born the same year) in the group.

Rae Ni Kuletz

Watching this again and realizing all their wishes came true
