Hi Primos!

Unfortunately MAMA got blocked on YT so we had to cut out the reaction piece and put it here on Patreon. However, if you would like to watch the whole thing beginning to end you can click play right above : )

chimm

I'M IN PANIC MODE I DONT KNOW WHICH VIDEO TO WATCH FIRST!!!

Laysla Emanuele

It's incredible how BTS always turns award shows into their own show

Shna Faruq

I keep saying everyones been sleeping on Yoongi's dancing skills. I personally think he is the best dancer of the group after 3j.

Min Jiyoon

I was waiting for the 3rd song just like summer because I thought it was the MAMA with anpanman then I remember this is MAMA hongkong not MAMA 2018 Japan 😂 MAMA 2018 JAPAN next please 😂💜

Ahjusshi_Brown

Since you guys actually brought it up on the jimmy Fallon reaction, I’m gonna just say… MAMA is pronounced “Mama” not “M.A.M.A.” Jimmy was right, we’ve just been letting it slide all this time 😂😂

PrettyJumpTree

I love the difference in Daniel and Gabriel's memory. Daniel can recall small details from back in the day and Gabriel forgets his thoughts if someone hiccups, like a goldfish

Lajimolala

I was waiting for Anpanman too 🤣

Min Jiyoon

Hahahahahaha bcz 2 songs was so short 😂 let's go for all 2018 MAMA, they are all worth watching 😂 japan anpanman was my favorite anpanman perfromance ever but I hate the fact Jk hurt his back during that performance 😭 but it was so gooood!!

earlene torres

Aside from Summer, Gabriel is my bias because of cute moments like these. Abby is blessed with this man. 💖

Ailaudy93

That day the floor was trembling during idol. There is some fan cams of others idols chocked ´cause their chairs moved

PrettyJumpTree

I think the couples really compliment each other well. Their interactions are very genuine and loving. You can tell they are each others best friend as will as husband and wife.

Jas 🧟‍♂️

I love watching other idols reaction to this performance! The shock on their faces when the floor starts shaking because of the performance is crazy😂

Emmy

I would say Taehyung is easily the best dancer after 3J, but Suga and RM definitely reached a point where they should be considered pro dancers too. They blend in and have stand out moments like this.

Michelle Imogu

V is definitely 4th best hands down, but everyone has their own opinion I guess

nicole

mma 2020 is my all time fav from them

Ivoni Pertiwi

Pleaseee pleasee react to their performance at SNL - Mic Drop. You'll like it :)

Katya Chan

their raw energy just gets you pumped up and thrilled.

LoriG

Jin is amazing as well!💜

Jae Oli

you guys need to be at their future concerst

Wendy

Loved their Fake Love performance in MAMA 2018. Hard rock.

Daijah

I love this performance I cant wait for you to see the 2020 mma. 26:35 idk why I have a habit of singing songs after someone says a word 🤣 but I sung the same song.

l

bts is the best of the best

Kay Moton

Their 2020 shows for both MAMA and MMA are AMAZING. Can't wait until you all react to those. A huge surprise awaits 😉

my favourite thing about the little video they played between songs is that, when the text said 'so now im a boy with love' and 'i'll show you the map of the soul', these were actually hints towards their next song and album with Boy With Love and MOTS:Persona that came out in april 2019(?), while MAMA was in december 2018. it's always fun looking back at these award shows and seeing just how obvious they tease their new stuff :D they've done this at many award shows before

simsimhae

They cried not bc they’re on a high, it’s bc they were burnt out and they were thinking of breaking up but their passion for their craft and love for ARMYs are much stronger that’s why they decided to continue being the legends they are today.

Skye_dancer66

Another word you could have used was captivating!

BZ

Oh really? How did he hurt his back?

Min Jiyoon

In anpanman they have a dance step where they fall on the ground but jk put so much effort on jumping and falling, it wasn't seen on the camera because it was hobi's part but you'll hear the fall from the mic. Then there was a fancam of jk after the performance talking about his back. They put so much effort on MAMA japan 2018 so i hope they react on it 💜

PurpleRibbonARMY

I love your reactions; they always remind me of myself watching BTS perform. I come from a family of musicians and singers, and I feel like you have a different kind of appreciation if you know what it's like to stand on a stage. You really do understand the level of rehearsal and expertise and energy it requires to do something like that. To supplement what a couple of others have said, this night really was unreal; watching it at the time, it felt triumphant during the performance and when they won the award, but then bittersweet after their acceptance speeches. I'll never forget when J-Hope began crying; it's the fastest I've ever teared up in my life and I kept saying "No no no not Hobi" out loud at my computer screen (LOL) because it was so hard to see him break down. And then when Jin started talking he was crying and our ARMY translators were working overtime on Twitter to help International ARMYs understand, because the show didn't have subtitles and we were so worried!! ARMY had watched them have their biggest year yet, but this night was the first time they openly acknowledged how deep their struggles had gone and how close they came to a breakup. If you can picture it, imagine being an ARMY then and suddenly realizing exactly how close we had come to losing them just a few months earlier. It was traumatic, but we were simultaneously SO grateful to them for staying with us. Definitely one of the most cathartic nights of my ARMY life! Keep going, you guys - you're doing great!

Please MAMA2019
