This is the blender HQ version of my Lip Glow Oil Mesh

Place/ Scale wherever you like in your scene (Make sure to LocRot when importing so it appears in scene)
Color of the gloss is changeable in Shader Nodes, All are labeled
Wand Applicator does use particle system
Close Version, Open Version
Just Incase you didn't want to adjust I did a version with some different color oils
Made in Blender 3.0
