Reyna wanted Sarah to come to her of her own free will. Yes, she could dominate Sarah's mind and take her, but she wanted Sarah to beg to be a slut. That's Reyna's goal. She is laying a trap, and she wants Sarah to walk into it willingly. Sarah was trying to escape, and Reyna wanted to shut as many doors as she could. It was fun to write the erotic workplace. This is like the mansion, another place run entirely by Reyna and a chance to see how Reyna's mind works. Work still needs to be done, but she wants total control. 

Finally, I wanted Reyna to lay her cards cleanly on the table. She wants Sarah to play her game and participate.
