From what I’ve read online the situation right now with Mei Mei is that after confronting “Geto” she determined he was too dangerous and she and Ui Ui used his technique to flee Japan. As for what the situation between Mei Mei in that hotel scene is, all that I can turn up is that she was in the bed naked with her little brother. General consensus among fans seems to be that they have a less than wholesome relationship. I’ve not read the manga though and tried hard to avoid major spoilers, so take everything I just said with a pinch of salt.

I won't spoil anything but Kamo Noritoshi is Yuji's biological parent so yes Choso and Yuji are brother’s.
