4:18 She's one of the Battle Maids named CZ2128 Delta also called Shizu (CZ) the only exposure you've seen her doing is fighting Evil Eye and also grabbing the penguin on her way to the cafeteria. In the LN shes described as a sniper/sharpshooter who likes cute things (that's why she grabbed the penguin) and puts stickers on things she likes. The 13th is when it's in the IMAX theaters and 20th is regular theaters in Tokyo. Got to actually shake Darth Vader's hand (one of the actually costumes) worn by somebody who fit in it at a movie promotion. If you could shake hands with Ains when in Tokyo...

Dude thank you for all the extra lore, always coming in clutch! That battle maid looks so freaking cool. I'm stoked to see her in action! FOR THE WILL OF LORD AINS!!

Shizu will be hanging with Neia (archer wearing the mask) and battling monsters.

Good, can't necessarily be called a battle maid without getting into some battles ha! Stoked for it.
