Jinwoo is trapped in the boss room with a giant spider. Dagger in hand, he must make a decision to fight or flee.

Seriously this show gets more and more epic with each episode!!

Yeah, the wait was killing me so I caved and bought the first three volumes, so once again I'm ahead of you BWAHHAHAHA! And Jinwoo is just getting started, imagine him continuing to level up.

HA nice!! It's hard to imagine that with how powerful he keeps getting in such a short time, but that makes me stoked for what's to come! Heck yeah though I'm glad you got em, the loremaster strikes again!

There's only a little itty bit of filler in the episodes but it's giving context to the overall story. I'll let you guess what that is. But honestly, if I disregard that, the series is staying true to the book 100%. Though i will say fight sequences are always better in an anime than a book.

i think you guys would like "the unwanted undead adventurer" as well

Yeah these fight sequences are blowing me away!

This episode felt like a turning point for Jinwoo. Like baby boy is starting to not just walk, but run. Poor Jinho, he's definitely greatful to be alive but also has to still be so confused. Man thinks he just covered for a serial killer. And there Jinwoo is not even giving a thought to how confusing everything had to be for the poor naive kid. 😆 I agree with you guys, anyone who complained about the fight is just the type of person that is never satisfied. There was nothing to complain about during that fight. It was really cool and the background music was exquisite. 👌 The world building is really gradual and it's definitely paying off. We have our hero who is just a kind person trying to survive in an extremely cruel world. Who now appears to have the world itself pulling strings for him and him pulling the strings back. The setup is immaculate. Now we also have at least 3 different outside forces that seem to be set against him. This is the type of story that is structured to achieve epic levels. 💗 The only complaint I might have is tiny. The existential bits could have been a touch less maudline. Even with those, the moments didn't last long and in no way ruined what was happening on screen. Sometimes people just need to wax poetic about their shortcomings I guess. Lol LOVED it guys! 🩷🩵💛

I think your worst mistake was being on twitter tbh :o. Watching this anime at the same time as you for the first time :P

best way to think of the ranking system is by 10's 10 A ranks is as powerful as an S rank 10 B = A 10 C = B etc... so there is a pretty huge gap between ranks. a D rank would NEVER be considered a possibilty in defeating a C ranked, nevermind an E rank

So in the manhwa, "Drain" was a bleed ability.
