So, for more than two years now I've been slowly writing an epic fantasy novel. It started out something I fiddled with on and off, by now having grown to a decent 80k words (which is about the halfway point of the originally planned story).

It is not erotica, nor is it harem (although there is a planned romance!). My inspiration for the story constantly changed as I read books - it kind of ended up being a mix between Cradle and Gentleman Bastards, with elements of progression fantasy and an underdog MC.

After the positive feedback about my writing, I thought - why the hell not, I'll upload the first chapter and see what people think. I already have a good chunk finished, so it should not take away from Devotion's development time at all.
