So, I finally have everything more or less set up. I hate ComfyUI. I absolutely hate it. But it seems to be working now. The golden rule from this point on is: do not update or change anything! 😅
I must have reinstalled everything from scratch about 20 times. On the bright side, I learned how to work with a remote virtual machine. And let me tell you, an RTX 5090 with 32GB of VRAM is a completely different beast compared to my 3090 (even though my card is still putting up a good fight).
As for the animations, these are primarily test runs generated while I was trying to find a suitable working workflow. However, even from these tests, you can salvage successful parts during editing—grabbing a close-up here or masking some glitches there. I also need to find a good video upscaling workflow to improve the quality, but I haven’t figured that out yet — I’ll tackle it tomorrow.
Итак, наконец-то я всё более-менее настроил. Я ненавижу ComfyUI. Как же я его ненавижу! Но, кажется, всё наконец заработало. Главное правило теперь — ничего не обновлять и ничего не менять. 😅
Я переустанавливал всё с нуля раз 20. Зато в процессе научился работать с удаленной виртуальной машиной. Конечно, RTX 5090 на 32 гигабайтах памяти — это совсем не то, что моя 3090 (хоть она у меня ещё и бодрячком).
Что касается анимаций — это прежде всего тестовые прогоны, сгенерированные пока я пытался найти подходящий рабочий воркфлоу. Но даже из них на монтаже можно вытянуть удачные части: где-то взять крупный план, а где-то замаскировать проблемы. Найти бы ещё хороший рабочий процесс для апскейла видео, чтобы повысить его качество, но пока не разобрался — займусь этим уже завтра.
