So now that i have a better gpu i was wondering about using a different kind of lighting but first i needed to ask you guys, I've always used a very basic lighting without shadows  and sometimes bothers me because when there's white clothing tends to hide a lot of details so I'm asking you which one do you like better.

Lack of shadows in my #1 complaint in most 3D rendered comics. With the ambient occlusion it looks better than no shadows at all, but proper, shadow-casting light sources give a much better realism. Of course, that comes at the cost of more work having to be spent on the lighting, in order to avoid ugly, badly positioned, or overly harsh shadows.

I actually prefer A, while B looks more realistic, the details become so much harder to see and make out, I don't think the payout it worth it.
