Physical therapy (Patreon)

In another video of just me talking, I explain how rehab for me it's basically physical therapy and massage centered on relieving my muscle tightness and manipulating the muscles to achieve more blood flow and release toxins. Because I am a quadriplegic with the highest level spinal cord injury, I am unable to move anything below my neck voluntarily. There is a tiny amount of finger movement but it is not always strong.
