Time for the finale! This show holds a special place for me. Lelouch is an incredibly smart protagonist, and his plans were next level! Even Eren tried to copy off his homework, but Lelouch did it first lol :D I think on a rewatch, it gets even better as you catch a lot of things that you might have missed/not made a connection with.

1:04:00 Nunally broke out of Charles' Geass at the end of the last episode. It's why her head slowly turned towards the key, and how she got back in her chair. Enough Willpower and you can fight off a Geass. We saw Euphemia hold off against her command for a good minute before she succumbed.

1:24:08 During Marianne's flashback, V.V. mentioned they were gonna set up Nunally as a fake witness, so the next morning they recreated the whole assassination plot all over again, shooting through the glass windows of the house and paralyzing Nunally. That's why early on in S1 we saw Nunally have surgery as a kid to remove the bullets from her legs, but became paralyzed from the waist down. To make sure Nunally, Lelouch, and others didn't question anything, Charles used his Geass to make them think their mom died protecting Nunally, instead of being killed the night before, and he also made Nunally believe that the shock made her blind.

damn, so they deliberately paralyzed/hurt Nunnally too?

Madison here! I realized after we wrapped that Kallen's mom was freed from prison and is sitting on the couch when Kallen leaves for school 🥹🥹🩵

It's funny how Jeremiah ended up in an Orange farm

Also, every time i watch Lelouch's death scene and listen to Nunnally scream and cry, makes me tear up.

I've been waiting for this reaction to be posted since over a year now hahaha
