If that’s the case, maybe reach out to them through messages politely and see if you can resolve this amicably. There is no need to be rude even if you are somewhat disappointed. This approach won’t get you anywhere. You could ask them to clarify what a vague outline of their schedule looks like or maybe ask for a refund if you feel you aren’t getting what was promised / you expected. Publicly name calling and insulting people who make reactions to a range of different groups / content on top of their regular schedules is tasteless and unnecessary.
