Would you be interested in me watching the new Fallout TV show? I am a Fallout noob, so this would be almost a brand new universe for me. I've only played Fallout Shelter on my phone.

While I haven't seen it yet. I do hear its good and worth a watch. Thaaaat said, I gotta thing there is going to be a lot you'll miss, or not understand if you don't at least have a rudimentary knowledge of the games. For that reason, I am voting No

You don't need to know anything about the games to watch the show. Apart from the first two games, every Fallout game has been a completely new story. Set in the same world, but not connected to each other. Obviously players have a prior understanding of the world that you don't, but that might actually be a downside for us. You'll be seeing this stuff for the first time. That's a good thing. I just watched the first episode and I loved it. It's not directly related to any of the games. Everything you need to know is in the show.
