Hi All,

A project of a motorsport complex, including a racetrack with two layouts, a drag strip, a karting course, hotels and leisure, retail, light industrial, educational, medical and office developments, to reclaim a big area south of Reykjavík, that was launched in 2006 but unfortunately stopped after two years due to the financial crisis.
An interesting short track designed by Apex Circuits, recreated in detail from the original renderings.

Location: Reykjanesbær – Iceland
FIA Grade-1
Length: 4,420m.
Width: 16m

The mod has:

2 Layouts + kart track
Pit Boxes
Full compatibility with SOL, Custom Shaders Patch, and Content Manager
Replay Cameras
GrassFX and RainFX support
Night lighting
AI Lines
Bespoke models from the renderings of the actual project.
Realistic surroundings.
3D trees

Enjoy!
