the dark backstory... relatable. iykyk im also in love with the little business man mouse anyway I related a lot to the first half an hour of you describing cat we arent friends (no parasocial) but thanks for the content and the vague feeling of being understood

I’ve never watched a Nick comedy in my life but this was so fascinating and fun. I really appreciate looking at the craft and talent that goes into making things that are normally overlooked.

Trish

I love that this video is the length of a movie.

man i got genuinely excited about the bit about miraculous at the end lol, even though i figured it was a joke. love the video as always :D

Cecily Grace

I'm just so glad I found you, you speak to my soul.

Also, you convinced me to watch miraculous and it was a great decision, now I knit and watch the french baby show instead of doing drugs all night.

fucking fantastic video, honoured to be supporting such a talent. you have left me feeling suitably disappointed in my lack of recent creative output. i believe they call that inspiration if they're positively inclined

Saint Shithead

I didn't think I was gonna watch the whole thing when I saw the timestamp. You got me so good i'm late to work now. Def gonna be watching jennette mccurdy's directorial work. when you switch from that constant, fast paced gags and tangents to listing the facts of bleak reality, i get whiplash. i'd love to see anything from the writing or research process from this one. 10/10

I just watched a 90 minute video about a show I've never seen. And I was enthralled every second of it. Hot damn.

Bob the Benevolent Pirate

F**k I'm glad people like you who deep dive into the things I experienced but didn't go all out for exist! I can feel connected to the material by having casually engaged with it and still be surprised by novel things I didn't notice and information I never would have thought to seek out otherwise!!

Bob the Benevolent Pirate

Also what a weird forced realization that seeing my name in print on things like a video feels simultaneously too professional and too childish, so that's a fun existential crisis I'm having on a Tuesday night

I'm autistic and now I claim Cat as accidental representation. It isn't perfect but I will take this over Sheldon Cooper. Also, thank you for talking about Jeanette McCurdy's work after ICarly/ Sam and Cat. The clips you included and hearing you talk about it convinced me to finally check it out. I watched "Strong Independent Woman" first. Then I watched a short video on her YouTube channel from a couple years back back where she shares very simple advice for people in eating disorder recovery. In it she addressed that watching YouTubers documenting and discussing their own recovery can be very harmful to those in early recovery from an ED, while also acknowledging the catch 22 that since treatment is so inaccessible, many people seek out this content because they have fewer options. It just felt really refreshing to hear someone with her platform verbally acknowledge that. I'm sorry that this has so little to do with the video, I'm just excited about it.
