August 31st Livestream and Book Club Delay (Patreon)

We're putting off the wrap-up Amusing Ourselves to Death discussion until September 3rd!  Seems a little more than a week is in order to wrap up the other end of the book, and to have as many people as want to come through to the first thread.

As a special present there'll be a livestream on August 31st which, unlike book club town halls, will be done through YouTube and not be focused around AO2D. Unlike previous standards of ever ephemeral vanishing live broadcasting, the recording is going to be saved and posted! So if you miss it you still have me talking for a long time.

Livestream will be at 4.30pm eastern on August 31st, a link to the YouTube stream will go up on Patreon.

We are still doing a book club town hall, but it is not this event. Town hall hasn't been scheduled yet but it will follow the more standard Zoom format we've been slowly perfecting over the months.
