Okay, I am so sorry it’s 3:16am and this has ONLY just uploaded. Which is confusing because I actually started uploading the game of thrones BEFORE this Stranger Things… and the Stranger Things is a longer video but SOMEHOW it uploaded quicker?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

But WHO CARES! Because it’s here, SEASON 4 IS HERE!!!!!!!!! I’m already on a rollercoaster after this ep. HOW AM I COPE!!!!

Awesome reaction! Season 4 is far and away the best season of this show in my opinion. So many great storylines, new characters, and the Nightmare on Elm Street vibe is such a great tone shift. So much scarier and more my jam. Every episode feels like an entire movie. Can't wait for the rest of your reaction for one of my favorite seasons of TV of all time.

Hannah, one thing that would make synchronizing a bit easier is if you showed a longer clip at the beginning, or even left the clip window up but blurred. I usually sync not with the countdown, which I find doesn't work very well, but by something in the clip, ideally a cut between scenes. Even blurred you can tell when the scene changes. Of course audio is the best for syncing because you can hear either your TV or computer echoing the other, and adjust based on that.

El's story reminded me of my time in school - sort of. See, I was an anti-bully. I saw other kids getting picked on, and it got me so angry I decided to stop it. Bare in mind I was very much in the closet at the time and by far the largest kid in school (even the older kids) so I wasn't really bothered myself - so I would 'educate' the bullies in the only way they understood. Turns out bullies are afraid of consequences and it didn't take long before all the bullied kids were my friends and weren't bullied anymore. I still hate bullies, especially adult ones.

This was very real for me. So, I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and although its not as gruesome as Chrissie, I have around 30-40+ dislocations a day, hips, legs, elbows, jaw, ribs etc. I have it quite bad, and it's something I do have to live through with the help of morphine and other meds. There's no cure yet but I'm hopeful that others will someday get a cure. Love your reactions Hannah ❤️ xxx

just out of curiosity Hannah, and fellow patreons, did you ever have or need to use an ecyclopedia? Or did google exist already by the time you would have needed one? Joyce is selling encyclopedias which were a multi volume ( a volume for each letter of the alphabet) and was how we looked up information about historic people and places. Think google/wikipedia before the internet.

HANNAH pay attention to some of the background music this season. No spoilers but there is a corresponding theme this season particularly, to a popular old school horror franchise. One which you've seen one of the films for. Just keep an open eye and ear out for little nods to it, though you don't know what it is you'll figure it out later (I hope) with a reveal. It's just a really cool aspect to the show! If you don't recognize it eventually I'm sure one of us will fill you in of course. 😆

dear Hannah, I think your editor mentioned this as well when she was reacting with you, but the clips you show for the patreons - can you please use more of the ones which include cuts to the next scene (if you know what i mean / if that makes sense)? it's like a MILLION times easier to sync up that way :) countdowns usually don't help me. but you showing the clips at the beginning helps a ton. and if you show clips that include transitions to the next scene, that's SUPER helpful. also, if you can do that when the video is paused and you need to continue, so we need to re-sync, that would help a lot as well. thanks so much <3 and can't wait for the next reactions!
