Keep going Hannah - this season does well to answer a lot of questions we have had since season one, it ties it all together brilliantly. Yes it’s darker, there’s more horror but it all pays off. There are also moments of goofiness and heart. Season 4 is hands down the best of the seasons.

Haha aw Hannah don't worry if the bone snapping and gore visuals are too much for you I don't blame you it's much darker horror you're okay to close your eyes for it, you won't miss anything as you can hear and tell whats happening- I would only recommend to brave it and keep them open specifically when it feels important story/character wise (you will know when) it won't get much easier but it's worth it if you can bear it!

Also not sure if you caught it but the things Fred was seeing alluded to him accidentally killing another kid in a car accident, and the cop said he went home and didn't report it therefore "murdering" the guy injured in the accident. The clock he saw was embedded in a coffin and the people behind him were dressed as funeral-goers presumably the dead guy's family
