I'm here for the Stranger Things in general but I will be watching your reaction to this episode, for sure

Amy Donelson

ash is real one for turning up your brightness on the screen LOL, this one was an intense one!!! i cant wait for you to see House of Dragon, you'll love.

I'm Batman

Take your time, recover at your own pace Hannah. Stranger Things isn't going anywhere and one thing I can see about your members is they don't mind waiting. I knew this one would due you in emotionally. Awesome reaction, one of the best ones for this episode!

Eve Griffin

I don't care what anyone says, no show ever did or ever will make me feel the emotions GoT did - and this episode almost put me in the ER. I identify so much with your mixed emotions - its overwhelming x1000. CAn't wait to watch the rest with you Hannah - what a ride it's been xoxo Youre the best!

Igor

when Hannah uploads the freaking S08E03 episode at 3 am, what do we say to the God of Bed? NOT TODAY!

josh york

Amazing reaction. When you’re done with stranger things and game of thrones I know you plan to watch house of the dragon but have you decided on another show? I highly recommend the haunting of hill house. It’s a masterpiece. You’ll love it.

Never apologize for your emotions Hannah! You know it's funny -- I hadn't watched this episode since it originally aired and watching this again really impacted me, I was crying right alongside you. On first watch, I was bummed Jon didn't play a more vital role. But watching it again I actually like that he gets pinned down.... It makes sense that brute force (Jon) wouldn't work against the Night King's army but stealth (Arya) could. This episode is epic and amazing and I love it. I even love how dark it is: I think the filming is gorgeous and immersive. Buuuut I can see why some fans didn't love it. You can explain away some things with the fact that they had so little time to prepare, but I can see those fans side too. Like .. Where were the barrels of hot oil like at the the Night's Watch Wall? Why weren't the battlements covered with and the trench filled with shards of dragonglass? Why were archers put round Bran for close combat fighting? Danny couldn't see the signal to light the trench but wasn't Jon sat on the battlements wall?? Why didn't he light it? Why were the Dothraki all carrying normal weapons when Melisandre lit the blades on fire and not dragonglass? As soon as the fire went out they were useless. And why Oh Dear God WHY were the women and children put in a room filled with all the dead BODIES when you KNOW your enemy can raise the dead?! 🤣😂 .. mayyybe exhume and burn them all immediately Jon, before the army of the dead even gets to Winterfell?? But let's be honest, Jon has never been the sharpest tool. But seriously nitpicking is silly, Im just joking. This final season is great & I love how the story wraps up. Can't wait to continue!! ❤👍

J.M.

Don’t “stop thinking” about all the sacrifices and don’t be sorry, you’re not being a negative Nelly. Remember what Sam said, that’s what death really is … to forget. Remember them all.

Xander

If you had told me episode 1, that Theon frickin Greyjoy would have the best character arc in the entire series, I would have laughed in your face. He completely redeemed himself, went out buying Arya enough time to strike. I do really wish we had got a 1v1 with Jon and the Night King. I feel like we had been building up to it for so long, but I did like this episode so much.

candle

I'm not even the biggest Daenerys fan but her crying while holding Jorah as he's dying gets me every time...... like that was her first person. Before everything. :( I really applaud how they managed to portray both the terror and the grief of this dire situation the whole episode.

GrayAlien

that little girl didnt protect the crypts very well

Alex

So glad you forgot about Arya and didn't cotton on. Such a great character arc.

AG

girl i feel your stress here! when this first aired i think i was just sweaty, shaky, and pacing the whole time lol

AG

also, it’s super understandable to be emotionally drained after this one. glad you didn’t do stranger things right after because that wouldn’t be fun for you or us to watch. and i had forgotten about arya too! i didn’t even think she meant the night king when melissandre said “blue eyes” so i was as surprised as you were when she popped up like that lol

Tyfox81

Amazing job Hannah! I know that was a rough one. But you did it so much justice. That episode was the most intense and incredible thing i’ve ever watched. Arya was my favorite character and that scene had me on my feet and was mind blowing 🤯. Side note, you calling the night king Horny Magee made me spit take my vodka. 🤣 ❤️

Carolina Girl

This episode was...a lot. And I was in tears again watching with you. I was so hyped when Arya killed the night king when I first saw this but after I calmed down later I was pissed we didn't get Jon vs the night king which the show had been building up to. The writers lost the plot a bit, but if it wasn't going to be Jon, the prince who was promised, Snow, I was glad it was Arya. Whew. I need a drink now. Forgot how intense that was.

Erin Black

This Episode is one of the best Episodes of Television ever. There was a ton of plot armor, considering how many Wights and White Walkers there are, but it is still great. Just got my 86" TV put up in the bedroom. I watched a Show on it last night, and it felt like the characters were coming out of the TV. I watched 6 Seasons with you, but I think I am going to start over from the Pilot, because this was something not offered on a Cinema Screen...Too bad that it wasn't. As long as a person has their lighting turned up for this Episode, it is great. My favorite shirt has Arya in the middle jumping with her dagger (which I also have...and very sharp it is), like Michael Jordan, it has her name on it, and it says "Not Today". Arya is the best.

Thekidhunter1

Hello Hannah, when will the next ST episode drop? Thank you!:)

Igor

some of the bigger characters who died in this episode: Edd, Lyanna Mormont & Jorah Mormont, Theon Greyjoy, the Red Woman (Melisandre). i actually really wanted Theon and Sansa to hook up somehow, but... it was not to be :( this was my all time favorite GoT episode. in 2nd place is for sure Winds of Winter (S06E10), and then there are several contenders for the 3rd place, like Battle of Bastards, Hardhome etc. i loved the way this was shot, i loved that it was super dark, i loved flaming weapons of Dothraki slowly disappearing in the distance, i loved how difficult it was to fight the dead, how hopeless it felt, then all the little scenes with Arya, people in the crypt having conversations, then the dragon fight in the air... and my god the music at the end... Ramin Djawadi is a GENIUS. overall it was just very very epic, and with so much on the line, i just LOVED it. i mean it's Game of Thrones, so you know that there is a possibility it all just goes wrong, which keeps you at the edge of your seat... Hannah's reaction was also perfection! we all knew this was gonna be hard for her to go through, so well done Hannah, you DID IT! there is still Cersei left which is pain in the ass... i wish that somehow the Long Night happened at the end of the series because this would have been the most epic final war of any show

shaneth138

It’s been two weeks since the last Stranger Things. Does that mean we get two episodes this week? 😅

Victoria Tofoli

Dont know if anyone else watches Brad Evans as well, but how amazing would it be if Brad and Hannah did a collab? They have such similar vibes IMO, and both finishing GOT (hopefully going to HOTD next). It would be my dream lol (planted this seed over at Brad's patreon as well lol)

Natalia Witts

any updates with ST? looking very forward to the next episode x

Maple

Only thanks to you, Hannah, can I revisit this season. I've never rewatched it after it was broadcasted. It's obvious where I stand in terms of how logical and satisfying the things turn out to be. Your reactions, however, are EVERYTHING!!! Thanks for THAT experience!

Naj A

This episode was such a roller coaster but I loved it so much! One of my top 5. Theon dying and Jorah doing his last stand will always get to me!

Joe Barriman

Hi I'm a it confused, why do the reactions have none of aactual game of thrones in it?

Ellie Darling

Hannah, I watch you, because you react the way I (and likely others) react. What you are full of is EMPATHY. Not only do you have empathy for the main characters, but all the innocent people who get caught up in it as well. I think the same way, and it can be extremely overwhelming. Other movies that are supposed to be funny hero movies (aka Avengers), when "innocent people/background people" die, due to a "Hero's" action, I can't help but think, "well what about them. They were minding their business, or trying to get out of the way!" I can't even watch the news without feeling all the things that happen to strangers! Watching your genuine, uncensored emotions, makes me not feel so dumb for crying at the same things... I couldn't even show those emotions to anyone. Must be why people think I'm unapproachable or frosty until they get to know me. I have to keep my mind under such control. Once I am in control, I keep a lid on it... apart from when I'm watching your reactions by myself. Then i can have a cathartic cry. "Thank you. You're a good person."

Sabine Muller

Bran will forever now on be remembered as the "third eye eagle" ahahaha

Danielle Bergmann

I'll forever have a bone to pick with whomever decided the "safe zone" from a guy who can raise the dead would be a CRYPT. Death Soup. Lyanna's death is the most brutal. Jorah and Theon have both been there since Day 1, so those were hard. Theon dying a "good man" rips me apart. I hope he flips Ramsey off while wearing a "Sansa's Happy" T-shirt as he flies by hell on his flight to heaven, lol. Dany has literally known Jorah longer than she has known anyone there and he is the only one who has watched her entire journey. I think he calls her Khaleesi one final time in this episode or last. It's just a nice reminder of where she began. It's really sad to watch her lose what is essentially family to her. A lot of people loved when Arya killed the Night King and then redacted being happy about it, lol. I'm a little guilty. I still think the scene is so bad ass, and I love Jon facing the dragon as a Targ and dragon rider, but I do wish somehow he and Arya could at least have done it together. Sansa's role here is very reflective of her role at the Blackwater. Calming the women and children and Cersei having a suicide plan in case there was a breech obviously stuck with her. When she brought that knife out and it was clear her and Tyrion were about to go out together, I about lost it. Arya in the library is a horror level of a videogame. I love that her and the Hound always find one another. It's a rough episode. But I am glad you made it through! So happy you will be starting HOTD after this. I have personally loved it. Puts a lot of perspective on the Targaryen family.

alyssia connors

Girl every time you cry it makes me cry, I didn’t cry this much my first time watching it but seeing it the way you do got me crying with you. You’re such an amazing human, will miss these reactions but I can’t wait for house of the dragon. thank you for being you ❤️❤️

sunny

I bought this episode on amazon just to watch along with you hahahah 🤍

D3NNI

girl I'm so excited for the next episode 😭 I have a feeling it's about to drop any moment now... (manifesting 🧘‍♂️)

Ellie Darling

One more comment. In the episode where Arya meets Nymera again, and she says "That's not you" you were confused. She knew it was Nymeria, but Nymeria didn't want to go back to Winterfell and be domesticated, in a way, again. That's not her, just like Arya replying after being told she's be a Lady one day, not a Knight (in season 1 by her father) and Gendry asking her to marry him and be the Lady of House Baratheon..."That's not me." Both Nymeria and Arya want to follow their own chosen path.

Erin Black

There was serious plot armor in this Episode, but I am glad because I didn't want to see those people go. These are the people who died: #1) Ser Jorah Mormont #2) Lyanna Mormont #3) Edd Tollet, a.k.a. Dolorous Edd #4) Lord Beric Dondarrion #5) Theon Greyjoy #6) Melisandre (The Red Woman) #7) Viserion #8) The Night King #9) Virtually, all of the Dothraki #) Many of the Unsullied This number of main characters that lived is ridiculous, considering how many Wights there were, considering they has a Wight Dragon, and considering the Wights didn't tire, thirst, get injured, etc. There should have only been a handful of survivors left if any, because a ton of fighting happened before Arya killed the Night King. It was sad, but also a happy moment knowing that Beric Dondarrion came back to life all of those times just to save Arya in that one moment. The Dothraki died within a few seconds of rushing into the Wight Army. I am very glad we had the survivors that we had though...For sure.

Erin Black

The soldiers should have never charged tge Wights. They should have stayed behind the castle walls and killed as many from above, and waited as long as pissible before leaving the security of the walls (right before the Wights started coming in).

Erin Black

I thought it was really cool when there were orange flames over Jon's head and blue flames below him...That is truly "A Song Of Ice And Fire". Jon is a Stargaryen for real. (🅰️🎶Of🧊&🔥)

Erin Black

There were only two Episodes that used a piano in it...This is one, and the other Episode was 6-10 (when the Great Sept of Baelor blew up). It will get you every single time.

Erin Black

You can tell Arya is coming up behind the Night King right after one of his Lieutenant's hair blows from the wind of her movements. She was taught to be stealth, quick, and to fight in the dark, and she has a few different fighting styles, since she was taught by Syryio, The Hound, The Faceless Men, and Brienne. It was sad when Drogon wrapped his wing around Daenerys as if he was hugging her and felt her pain. This is an emotional Episode, but if there wasn't heavy plot armor, we wiuld be severely depressed.

MamaKat114

Beautiful Hannah. Love your good caring heart so much. Baby Girl Arya trained from the minute Jon gave her “Needle” for this moment. He is Commander in Chief, Dany brought the Army’s and Arya was Jon’s Skilled Assassin. Some people hate that Jon didn’t kill the Night King. I love that my favorite Arya did

MamaKat114

I think when Bran warged off that he eventually went into Viseryion to make sure Jon didn’t make it to the God’s Wood to die because of his good heart & because he gave Arya the dagger she used to kill him. Also at one point he said “No One” can kill the Night King. Arya trained to be “No One”.

Jaymie Love

I kind of loved that it was Arya who slayed the KK. She was a little girl, who’s entire childhood was stripped from her due to greed, power struggles and who’s family had been torn apart from fueds, war and so on. She was never safe, so took her own fate into her own hands, stared down the face of death and became exactly what she was meant to be. Plus, the Starks are the defenders of the north and decedents of the first men - same as the knight king was a “first man” himself. Their entire family legacy, motto is “winter is coming” for a reason. They always knew the threat was out there - in a way i think it was poetic that a ‘Stark’ or one of his own people ended him. Also that scene of Tyrion and Sansa always breaks my heart. Two characters who have stared at death, possibly wished for it some days of their lives, and in that moment they thought they would die, and when be kisses her hand as if accepting that if he was to die with her it would be okay. Broke me. Amazing reaction as always 🤍🤍

Michael Green

Hannah... I dig your reactions! No wonder your tired.
