Just touching base with you all to apologise for the delay in videos! It’s been a mad one with the boat and now both me and ash are poorly and we only film when we are on top form!

I got the cold and flu tablets, lemon and ginger tea and all the vitamin C’s at hand so fingers crossed will be feeling better very soon 🤞
