No guys. Ash Hannah, you missed it. When Butcher was holding Ryan, Ryan looks at him weird. Because he can SMELL something wrong with Butcher. So he looks at Homelander and asks to leave right now. He wants to get Homelander out of there before Butcher passes out. Ryan saved Butcher. I love Ryan. Don't forget how he lost his mom. Don't forget what Becca is to Butcher.

Well I just googled it and it seems the majority of us have been wrong. You don't NEED to watch Gen V season 1 before The Boys season 4. The show runners themselves says you can watch The Boys season 4 without watching any Gen V, they said if you do watch Gen V though then you'll only gain appreciation of what's happening in the scenes. So I'll retract my original statement and say if you wanna watch Gen V season 1 before The Boys season 4 then go ahead, if not then just watch The Boys season 4 next.

I know I am late but this is weird about Ash demanding he needs people to die. Black Noir, one of the main characters of the whole series, just died. Soldier Boy, the main bad guy of this season, just died. Translucent died in the second or third episode. Mesmerizer guy died. Popclaw died. Lamplighter died. Gunpowder died. Blue Hawk died. Stormfront died. Miko's brother died. Butcher's wife died. Mrs. Stillwell died. Hughie's girlfriend died in the first 10 minutes, lol. So many deaths. What a weird complaint!

Soldier Boy didn't die, he's immune to his own powers- as is every superhero in the franchise, - he was put on ice again at the end of the episode and transported back to Russia
