Alrighty time for my short tenure at culinary school to be useful. I would always recommend toasting your bread in the pan in the butter at the beginning, it’s more flavorful and gives a more pleasant mouth feel in comparison to using a toaster. I also get that low sodium is generally better but if you’re using unsalted butter then you have more control over the sodium content, which can be used in your egg or bacon. You could also do a spinach pesto of sorts, mixing oil, spinach, pine nuts, and a lil basil to be classic and using that as a spread. With everything salt to taste. Also, solid pump g 💪

Agreed with Dakota 🤣 thats a dry sandwich right there needs a pesto or if you’re like me and don’t care about diets 🙌🏻 mayo 🙌🏻
