Hi all! Here's my uncut reaction to "The Philadelphia Story" (1940)!

Such a great film, albeit slightly different to what I'd expected. Not in a bad way, as it was brilliant all the same! Thank you so much for requesting it.

Plus, it's Cary Grant, Katherine Hepburn and James Stewart acting together! What an absolute GEM!!

I hope you can all sync up and watch along with me. Take care!

P.S. Hope you like the thumbnail! I was playing around with it and realised it looked like I was holding Katherine Hepburn, so fully leant into it

Fantastic, thanks so much for this very enjoyable reaction, Marty! This is one of my all-time favorite films, and can you blame me, what with that cast? Three of the top Golden Age actors and an excellent supporting cast, along with great source material and excellent direction can't really go wrong, can it? I think Katherine Hepburn is particularly brilliant in this, in fact, to my mind it is her best film out of her many great films. I've said it before, but I very much appreciate your willingness to react to these wonderful old classics. You really do seem to have a great appreciation for them and it's lovely to see. P.S. Love the thumbnail!
