Content Update – 20K Followers, Mid-Year! #003 (Patreon)

Hey folks!

You may have noticed I didn't post anything this past Friday. (30th.) That's because I'm planning on taking a vacation for the month of June. This is a good time for me to temporarily switch gears and work on some important stuff behind the scenes for the future.

Fear not! You will still receive content this month. However, I am removing myself from the weekly grind and choosing to focus elsewhere as mentioned above. If I do make something in the interim, whatever day its finished, it will go live immediately on Patreon and then Twitter a week after as usual.

SFW/NSFW

To make a long story short: when I made my NSFW Account back in 2022, I still had a SFW career on the side since I was working on a few job prospects/doing freelance work. Unfortunately my career hit a wall, my NSFW account exploded, and became the main focus. As I'm sure you're aware, trying to maintain two completely separate lives with perfect weekly upload schedules is next to impossible (Silly Rhyw!) It's been in discussion for a long time, but I'm finally choosing to merge both accounts together and going all in on making stuff just for one source.

Why is this so important? More art to see, more freedom, less stress. I've routinely cancelled projects over the past few years purely because I've had nowhere to put them. Too different for Rhyw, and if I chose to finish it despite that, it would mean working on something that ultimately doesn't get shown to you folks and instead falls into the void. Fun fact: The Power Girl post I just released was almost part of that, it was going to be tossed because I didn't think it would be NSFW/interesting enough. With this new setup, the art I make that is 50-50 (Not quite SFW, but not quite NSFW either.) will instead just go to Rhyw, and I can focus on making strictly SFW stuff elsewhere.

What does this mean for Rhyw? This is partly the reason for my vacation. I'd like to take time and explore the myriad of ways I can do this. More than likely this still means introducing a second twitter profile. I don't wish to bog down the NSFW account with SFW posts, since y'all didn't necessarily sign up for that, but I do want to freely crosspost everything into roughly the same location. If you're a fan of my work regardless of whether it's lewd or not, you'll see a whole lot more of my art moving forward. If you're just here for the NSFW, I don't expect anything major to change. Win-win!

20K Special / Rhywniversary

June 22nd is our Rhywniversary! we're celebrating 3 years of NSFW this month. Since I hit 20K as well, I'm going to combine them and make something cool. I'll see you then!
