Lewd Armor Build 3.5 - Sound Release - Regular Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone! 👋

What's New 🔥

The sound update is finally here! 🎉 I originally expected to finish it faster, but as it turns out, working with audio has a lot of nuances - from picking the right sounds to fine-tuning them in-game. So, it is what it is! 😜

So, this update is all about audio🔊 Now everything has audio:

• ⚔️ Battle scenes

• 💥 Attack impacts

• 💋 Lewd scenes

• 🎵 Background music

• 🖱️ Button clicks

Mostly, I used the OpenNSFW pack. However finding battle sounds was really hard - there are many libraries, but most didn't fit the game's style or timing. Then I had to sync the audio with Spine animations, edit the animations, and code it all into the game. 😅

The hardest part was the Credits! I read "open pack" and thought I could just use the sounds. I made half of the audio before realizing I had to list all the voice actors and SFX artists! So I had to re-check every single sound, find the authors, and make the credits list. That was a lot of work! 🤯

I also haven't made different voices for different enemies. It's too much for now, so I decided to control the scope a little here. Maybe I will do it later... and improve the sound overall. 🛠

Anyway, I finally made it! 🎉 If you want to see the awesome creators behind the sounds, check out the in-game Credits button! 📜

What's Next

For the next update, I want to add a new character-maybe a succubus, since Fafnir asked for one. If I have time, I'll also drop a system to boost replayability.

I have tons of ideas, but honestly, scheduling them to avoid content droughts is tough. Realistically, I should focus on replayability next, but damn it...

😭😭😭 I JUST WANT TO DRAW...

At least I'm done with the technical stuff
