Couple things y'all may not have pieced together. The Almighty, when Jugram has it allows him to see the future. When it reverts back to Yhwach, he can see and alter the future. Jugram didn't have the full power. Also, Yhwach wasn't referring to Ichigo as his son here... "It is for this moment, that I needed you, my son." He was talking about Jugram, as he took his power, the Balance, to break Ichigo's true Bankai "Tensa Zangetsu" in the future. It's a different Bankai than what we saw last episode.
