There have been multiple Aegon Targaryens through out the history so they're not always referring to the Aegon that is currently in HOTD.

The Aegon they're talking about in this ep is Aegon the first, the Targaryen who conquered Westeros in the first place. Dorne was the only region that resisted and remained outside of the 7 kingdoms for a long ass time.
