I won't lie some of this could be hars to understand as an anime only. I understood it all cause in the manga you have a moment to pause and take in the information at your own pace cause you read panel by panel therefore you understand the powers more. You could do the same thing here by pausing and rewinding but that takes away from the immersion aspect and away from the animation
