Seems you guys misunderstood that part about 10 people. She said she would delete every fluctlight, but if there were people close to Kirito he wanted to save, maybe 10 or so, she would archive them instead of deleting them; then he might be able to restore them after returning to the real world. So in the end he says here, he wants to find a way to save everyone, and if she asks him to pick just 10, she'd definitely be one of them.

I'm glad you are enjoying S3! I love the original S1 arc but this is what makes SAO special. Having the world full of pretty much real people makes the stakes so high. I can't wait to keep watching along with you :) Thanks for continuing to watch
