Say hello to one of our first major additions to the Camelot section of the story.

Real talk, I'm not super happy about the fight spread out between this and next chapter, for a lot of reasons, and next chapter is probably going to need some major tweaking to make it feel better in the narrative. I also have mixed feelings about how faithful I should be to the source material for guys like this, because medieval Arthurian authors had a tendency of making their protagonists fight Gawain "to a draw" so that they could establish their OC's bona fides, and that, uh, just sounds kinda ridiculous in the context of Fate.

Regardless, even if I'm not quite satisfied with the execution, the ideas are still a lot of fun.

EDIT: Moving down all the way. 8/1/26

Interestingly, the lion was one of Ishtar's *symbols - * so this fight, and this *opponent,* are REALLY liable to tick her off . . . Fun to watch, though - thanks! :)

Nice. With Ishtar present, Arash might not have to sacrifice himself in the same way that he did in canon; if his NP could do what it did, Ishtar's should be able to as well.

I'm surprise none of the knights have any kind of reaction to Nero.
