[FRW] Chapter 17: The Weight of Choice (Patreon)

Ironically, when I posted that poll a couple of months back, this was the only one of the stories on it that I wasn't actually prepared to pick back up right that second. I had to comb back through the story, reread the chapters several times, and try to piece together some of the plot points that I had laid down and forgotten about, and as a consequence, this took way too long to finish. Getting sick for a week and a half there at one point didn't help, and if you guys never noticed a drop in the quality of Hereafter's chapters, then hey, I did a good job.

Now, however, this chapter is finally done, and later this month, I will post a new poll. I have a feeling I know how you're all going to vote already, but still.
