CiP: Fracture 9.7 (Patreon)

So considering what this chapter is and what needs to happen in it, or rather what probably will happen in it, I'm thinking very carefully about how it's going to all go down. 

Right now, this is planned to be the climax of arc 9. It might wind up not being the climax, but the plan is for the major conflict of this arc to end here.
