Progress Log - 3/16/18 - Rope Toy Mockup, Story Content and More! (Patreon)

Hey guys, we’ve got another progress log for you with a better look at the Save/Load System and Skin Tone options as well as a new toy that Doku has been working on.

Earlier this week I finished up the Save/Load system and the Player Skin Tone options. I’ve taken over the story work again so I won’t bore you with the details of that yet since it’s mostly writing related.

Along with the Save/Load system, the Main Menu UI has received a bit of a revamp and now features the option to continue from a previous save file.

When playing the game, you’ll now see a Quick Save icon in the bottom right corner that will allow you to save your progress.

Players will be prompted to select a save file when creating a new game, which will overwrite itself each time you save via the Quick Save Button. At the moment, there is no option to switch which save file you are saving to in the middle of a play through but I will definitely be expanding on this feature as development continues.

As for the Player Skin Tone, the function is now 100% in place and players will now be asked to choose a Skin Tone when starting a new game or going into Free Play. Future content such as CG’s and NSFW encounters will take the skin tone into account as well.

Doku:

My side of the workload this week has been to continue with CG’s, here’s a look at the completed version of the sketch I posted last week. As we had mentioned last week, this update will allow you to follow Colette into the woods instead of Sophie for some alternate interactions with her.

I’ve also made a mockup of the Rope Toy that you guys had voted on a little while back. (It had come in second place after the Bunny Dildo)

This toy is still in the planning stage but it’s primary function is going to be to change the position of a character during NSFW encounters. We may also make it useable on different body parts such as the arms or breasts but haven’t decided on that yet since we are prioritizing story content at the moment. If we are able to make decent headway with the story this month, we may be able to introduce our next maid soon!

One last thing! I will be streaming the Patron voted art piece this Saturday over on my Picarto channel! Details on that can be seen in our results post.
