Progress Log 6/27/19 - Mira's Route Extended, New CG's and Some Important News (Patreon)

We’re reaching the end of June and have officially entered our Summer completion window. There’s been a bit of a wrench thrown into our plans but we’ll talk about that once we cover what’s coming in the next patch.

Mira’s Route Extended

Progress on this route is about 70-80% done and I’m expecting to finish implementing the dialogue for it between today and tomorrow. From there, it’ll just be play testing for the last day or two of June. There’s two new routes to test this time around so it’s gonna be a bit intensive!  With this route complete, we'll be up to 4 completed endings. 

CG’s will still be pending for the Mira route but the Cerise branch that was done earlier this month has almost all of them ready and will reflect in the next patch.

New Mira Moans & Colette Voice Lines Implemented

Mira’s canned moans have been replaced by Hatsuu’s voice acted ones! You’ll find that all the rooms now play the updated moaning.

Colette’s VA has also turned in the lines for the important scenes and those have been plugged in to their proper places throughout chapters 1, 2 and 3.

Total of 10 CG’s added to the Story this month

Doku has made insane progress and managed to knock out a huge chunk of the pending artwork. The new CG’s are all for Chapter 4 and have been placed throughout the routes that have been added during May and June.

Here’s a small peek that doesn’t spoil too much. Needless to say, the coming art package is going to be big.

Walkthrough Coming Soon

On the topic of spoilers, it’s been brought to our attention that Chapter 4 may need a walkthrough. There’s many branches that can occur here so we’ll be putting together a simple chart that should hopefully help those that want to explore every possible path. This chart will have a few spoilers, so it’s completely optional if you use it or not. You can expect it sometime early to mid July.

News Regarding a Medical Issue with Doku

Doku has to undergo a medical treatment that's gonna have her quarantined anywhere between 3 to 10 days since it's radioactive. It's not a cancer thankfully but she's gonna have to be isolated for a while until it wears off.

Because of this, she won’t be able to work on anything cappuccino related during this time. I should be able to handle the next build release on my own, so no worries there. We’ll keep you posted on any developments with this, but at the moment, we’re just hoping it goes smoothly.

That’s all we’ve got for now. I will most likely be moving on to final polish and working on the release trailer next month if all goes well.
