Patreon Revamp Underway, Part 1 of 2! (Patreon)

Time for an announcement! Our page will be getting some improvements over the coming months. We’re consciously trying to put more effort into our community engagement, so a lot of these changes are geared towards making things funner for supporters and eventually all players. But first, we must rip off the band-aid and make some necessary changes.

Tier Price increase to the $1 Memory Crystal Tier

The $1 tier has always been a tip jar of sorts, however, we end up losing a lot of the pledge percentage to the processing fee and end up with about .67 cents per pledge. With some of the new polls and artwork things that are coming along, we felt that we were a bit overdue to phase out that price point.

Going forward, the price of this tier is being moved up to $2. But do not fret! If you are currently in that tier, you can stay in it at the same price indefinitely until you choose to change tiers. It’s mostly a change being made for future pledges rather than existing ones and current patrons are being grandfathered in without a change to their pledge.

Time to Submit Names for Credits!

We made this post yesterday to submit your name into Crystal Road’s credits. The reward is cumulative, so if you’ve pledged for a total of $5 or more since Feb 2020, go fill out the form!

Introducing the Tentakero Art Gallery!

There’s TITTIES on the horizon! (Among other things.)

We were sitting here one day digging through our files for something and realized, wait why isn’t any of this on our page? What the fuck. There’s a ton of completed gallery art and what not that used to be part of the old art package rewards, and honestly, it feels like a waste not having that art available anywhere other than within the games themselves.

So, on that note, we’ve gone and implemented a gallery tag to our page. Patrons at the $5+ tier will have full access to this tag. 

While some artwork will be available for everyone, it will eventually get archived into the master gallery tag. Here, we’ll be posting tons of completed art from both past and present projects. You’ll find pinups, lewd CGs and even full resolution versions of animated scenes that have been only available in game. Along with this, some art will also have a bit of trivia about the thought and work that went into it.

We’re going to gradually be adding art to it over time in order to not barrage everyone with 500 posts, so be sure to check back on that tag every now and then! For now, we’ve gone and tagged posts that already existed here, so there’s already some good stuff to see!

New Patron Sketch Request Polls!

After the relative success of last week’s live stream, we’re bringing a new event for Patrons to participate in!

Those of you in the $10 tier and above will now be able to submit a sketch request of a character for Doku to draw during a stream. 3 of these sketches will be chosen by you guys through a patron poll each month.

Submissions will open on the first of each month and run for a week. After that, the poll will go up and the stream will happen somewhere around the third week of each month.

Please keep in mind that we would prefer to avoid joke submissions! Hot and spicy requests are best but all will be considered.

The completed art will be posted to the new gallery tag and eventually, some of these sketches may make it into the game through a future character that will be introduced.

Reward changes coming to $50 Crystal Lotus tier!

There’s also a new reward coming for the Crystal Lotus tier at a later date. The “current add a character to a scene” reward doesn’t make much sense as we continue development, since most characters will be available in the NSFW scenes anyway. This reward has been temporarily removed, but we’ll be sure to make an announcement when we get through the logistics of the new one that we have in mind.

As of this post, most of these changes are live, so be sure to check them out!

Part two of this revamp will involve us doing some rebranding with Tentakero. The logo will stay the same but we need a more organized look that better encompasses our games and isn’t linked to a specific one. We’re thinking maybe a mascot of sorts to theme our page around. (Not whetstone unfortunately, he's too sexy.)
