Came here from Youtube and purchaised Patreon fot thebfirst time in my life. I loved it so much! The long duration was great, if anything it added to the experience, one could really dive into the world. And considering the night together scene, the bite moment was great with all the feels and Astarion's need to distract himself from taking more, wished for it even to linger a bit longer ☺️ A continuation of the story would very much be appreciated!

Fantastic work, Phas, I love it! This has turned into my comfort listening on nights I can't sleep. I have a whole damn headcanon growing out of it where the listener is a thief-for-hire who targets patriar families and was at the party to scope out a target as much as Astarion was. That he intends to stay away but wants them to wait for him, along with his need for comfort, makes me think he's going to find the staying away part difficult once he's allowed out again, so I'm hoping for an emotionally conflicted follow-up.

I know I've already commented but I have since caught up on all the Astarion lore and GOD DAMN this now completely breaks my heart in new and terrible ways. You've done amazingly with the characterisation here, the details, the needs and wants of him, that he just wants to be safe and held more than anything. And now knowing that it's going to take another hundred years before he's free?! Plus, the dire consequences he suffered the last time he didn't bring back a mark?! That he's willing to risk that again?! I am now headcannoning that if he wasn't romanced in the game he came back to find his elf here and was finally loved, valued and cherished like he should be. Incredible work here Phas, I just wanted to hug him all the way through the video!

I'm a new member who actually RARELY is on Patreon until your Astarion video appeared in my YT algorithm, and here I am! xD I do have to say as someone who has +500 hours on BG3, beaten the game 4 times and currently on my 5th playthrough, and plays D&D, you not only captured Astarion's characistics flawlessly, but your knowledge of vampire and elf lore is amazing! I do hope for a part 2! Maybe of Astarion finding the listener after he's finally free? I'm just a sticker for a happy ending, and Astarion absolutely deserves a happy ending...or beginning! :')
