The giant evil frog and the friendly map making cat! (Patreon)

…Or you could say he’s cartographer but I’ll refer to him as a map making instead, I don’t know, easy to call him that way… Anyway! Today, the story is taking place in the world where there are a lot of dungeons out there, in the forest, in the sky, underground, deep in the ruin, down under water… You said it! And it is not a dungeon to put some prisoner in, nope, when I said dungeon, it’s a place where adventurer can go, hunt some monsters, finding an item… Stuff like that…

But these dungeons are not safe and even dangerous without a map, sadly, not many people are good enough to make a map for these dungeons, some adventurers who already went in maybe just not very skill at drawing map, some are just too lazy to do it… And the actual map making person sometimes cannot stand a chance in a dangerous dungeon alone, there’s some quest at the adventurer guild where the adventurers will guard the map making person in order to let them create a map while you fight to protect them but this kind of quest is so boring to the adventurers so they didn’t take this much and the process of creating a map for every dungeons is going really slowly here… If only we can get a guy who can make a map and have no fear to go to the dungeon alone…

Oh wait, here he is, this cat! He’s a map making guy and he’s good enough to be able to handle himself alone, he starting to gain some name for himself by doing this, 5% of the dungeons this land now got a full map, thanks to him but he is not going to stop until he reach 100% here so, time to go for another dungeon and make more map!

But today, in this dungeon, he ran into this big frog guy, it is not uncommon to find someone that can talk, not all thing living here are mindless monster, you know, so the cat asking the frog if he should talk about him in the map, should he be the dungeon resident or a big boss that can talk? I guess the frog decided to mock and eat him is enough answer, he clearly not a nice guy in this dungeon…

But nothing going to stop him to making more map, in fact, this count as another dungeon too, you know, like go inside a whale, in this, you go inside this big hungry frog… He is big enough to become a dungeon himself… So, the cat somehow able to find his way out safely while finishing the frog’s body map by the time he come out, what a skillful map making he is…

The frog also giving up on the idea of eating this guy since he’s probably just going to come out again anyway so the frog telling the cat to go, saying he didn’t want to see his face again… However, by this point, the cat kind of thinking of him as a friend so… Oops, what a nice guy…
